ONLY 0.9 walking distance to many fun locations including `The Hang Out`, Souvenir Shops, and Restaurants. Bring the family and `LIVE THE DREAM`

PARKING PERMIT IS INCLUDED IN BASE PRICE. Living area welcomes the sunshine and views of the Beach and water. The Blackout curtains allow privacy and ability to sleep in. The FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN invites you to cook what you may have purchased from the local seafood market, or to heat up your left-over meal from the delicious restaurant. The SPACIOUS BEDROOMS make for a wonderful night sleep with NEW Mattresses and fluffy pillows. The queen size sleeper allows for additional guests to enjoy the large screen tv and the view of the 2 sliding glass doors. The BALCONY is great for viewing the beach and water, or the view of the main street. There are 2 SWIMMING POOLS available to this unit, and all in walking distance from the convenient parking area below the unit. The WASHER and DRYER are located in the unit as well.

The 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, Quenn sleeper sofa, with full living room and dining area and Full Kitchen are fully accessible and are not shared.

The parking underneath is not assigned to any one particular unit, there is no parking garage, and overflow parking across the street. Within walking distance to local stores, restaurants, and attractions. Bicycle riding makes for a nice family outing to sight see.

Absolutely love this place

Absolutely loved this place the host was very nice the condo is in the perfect location just a few steps to the beach and pool its close to everything and the beds were so comfortable we will Absolutely being staying here again in the near future

Accommodations and location was just as advertised.

We had an excellent stay and it was very convenient to the Foley soccer fields which was the purpose of our trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

We loved our stay here!!! It’s the cutest, cozy, little place. We felt right at home. The walk to the beach was not far at all. Our overall beach experience was wonderful. Usually we stay in a large Condo, this time we decided to try something similar to a beach house, something smaller, and I really enjoyed it. The people at the pool were people that owned condos in the village and everyone was so nice and talkative. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Thank you for the awesome stay!!

Nicely updated

Nicely updated condo with modern, clean furnishings. Very clean and plenty of extra linens. Kitchen was well equipped. Mattresses were comfortable. My only suggestion would be upgraded sheets (badly pilled) and some room darkening drapes in the master bedroom (outdoor building lights are bright!) Overall we enjoyed the condo and location very much. Highly recommend.

Convenient and beautiful location

We absolutely enjoyed our 4-day vacation here! The bunk beds were perfect for our two kiddos and the location was great! We had a pool and easy access to the beach. The condo is just as pictured. The only thing we would have liked to have were some black out curtains on our bedroom window. There were only blinds and the sun woke us up each morning. Not a complaint, just a suggestion! :)

Exactly What We Nedded

This property was exactly as advertised. We loved how small the complex was. It was even less crowded than I would assume it normally would be because of the construction and updates going on. The property was clean and had what we needed. The owner responded very quickly if we needed her. The only thing that would have been nice to know is that Gulf Shores no longer allows canopy tents due to shorter beaches from recent hurricanes. We wouldn't have loaded ours up if we had known that. Overall we had a great trip and our kids built core memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️

My Husband and I own a trucking company and have always traveled to the beach for a quick getaway. Never being able to stay more than 3 or 4 days, we enjoyed staying in different condos to feel like we were at a home away from home. Not wanting to stay in a hotel or motel, for the feeling of being somewhere for a business meeting, we searched for small cute and cozy places on the water. We often sat on the Balcony watching the sunset, talking about the dream of owning a home on the beach. Knowing that our line of work, until retirement, wouldn't allow us to live full time away from our company, we dreamed of owning a home and being able to share it with others. We searched and found what we wanted. A place that we could call our home away from home. A place that we fully furnished together in the colors that made us happy, the items in the kitchen that we knew we would need, and of course the tv that he would enjoy. I choose the balcony furniture because that's my favorite place to be. We put it all together and proudly we named it "Living the Dream". Together we share our home with you in the hopes that you will enjoy it during your stay as much as we do when we are there. We have a sign in book on the counter that we ask you to sign, just so we know how far and wide you've come to enjoy our home away from home. I wish you the best stay, I wish you all of the joy and sunsets. And most of all, I wish you many memories that will last a lifetime.
