Lovely second stay
We had such a nice time last summer, that we decided to make a return visit this year. Everything was perfect both times. The building (Ocean Grove) is nice in general, and this specific unit is particularly good. This time around, in addition to my college kid and my high schooler, we had another young person and there was still plenty of space even with five people.
The straight-on ocean view is important to us, and this building has it. Diamond Beach down the street also has nice units and great views, but a little less friendly toward short-term renters, and noticeably more expensive (not worth it in my opinion).
Communication with the host was friendly and flawless. Also, the unit has both types of coffee makers. When the time comes to book a Galveston trip for 2025, I'll probably just see if this until is available, and hopefully reserve it again.
