Welcome to The Budding Bungalow, our 2BR/2BA, waterfront bungalow on Lake Hartwell with a private, deep-water covered boat-dock. We have lovingly updated the entire space inside and outside including a brand-new kitchen, floors, windows and outdoor shower. You can even check out of renovation process on IG @Thebuddingbungalow

When we first purchased the bungalow, it was a parched and thorny sight in need of tender care. With loving hands, we've nurtured it from its withered state into a vibrant bloom, each petal unfolding to reveal its hidden beauty. Thus, we've affectionately named it "The Budding Bungalow," a testament to its transformation. Now, we're thrilled to share our journey of growth and renewal with you as we invite you to experience the blossoming charm of our cherished "fixer-upper".

The house is a perfect size for one couple or a family get-away. It is a 2-story bungalow with the bedrooms on the terrace level. It comfortably sleeps 2 adults and up to 4 children.

It’s only a short walk on our easy walking path to the deep water covered boat dock (20 feet at full pool) which is great for swimming, fishing, floating, or docking your boat for the duration of your stay.
