Excellent place to stay

Beautiful condo and best we’ve stayed in. Walk to Coligny Plaza. Lynn is so easy to communicate with. Will stay there whenever in Hilton Head.

Best location on Hilton Head Island

The best thing about this condo is the location. There are coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, bike rentals, and the beach within a few blocks. We traveled all over the island and would pick this area again for our next visit. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has all the basic things you need. The deck has a nice garden view. From the bench swing in the back we saw an aligator and about 15 turtles. The pool was quiet while we were there.

White glove condo close to everything with nice pool

Have stayed here 4 times so there is a reason we keep coming back. Great host, great property close to ocean with everything you need in this beautiful condo.

Great first experience with VRBO.

This rental was perfect for us, the location was close to everything we needed. It was very clean, the bath towels were nice and fluffy and the shower was so nice. We hope to rent it again someday.

Clean & comfortable condo with convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay in this exceptionally clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a nice shower/towels and comfortable bed. The condo is conveniently located a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Lynn was great to work with!

This condo is lovely and perfect for a couple. Very nicely appointed, fluffy towels, comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen. Very quiet, private deck, 2 easy blocks to an outstanding beach. Great location, we love this area. We’ll be back!

Great location

This small condo is perfect for 2 people. Everything you need is within walking distance. Sure it could use some updating like many of the HHI condos but overall, the location makes up for the age of the unit.

Quaint and all you need!!!

Our stay at Lynn's property was just what we needed!! An easy walk to most everywhere we needed to go. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet for the most part. Lynn was a pleasant lady to work with. Laundry facility is close by as well. Thank you, Lynn!

This is a very peaceful neighborhood. Everything is convenient, restaurants, shopping, groceries ect. & within a short walk. This condo has always been very clean and well equipped with most everything. I always enjoy the personal phone call from the owner making sure that you have received all necessary info for check-in to make everything stress free !

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We loved being across from coligny, a short walk from the beach (added bonus the complex had a sand shower), sitting on the private patio, and taking a last minute dip in the pool! Walking in to the unit exceeded our expectations from the listing photos as well. Unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Lynn couldn’t have been a better host. She was incredibly easy to contact, very responsive, and was prompt, generous, and extremely helpful when we had an issue during our stay. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again.

Perfect location

This was our second trip to Steve’s place and we already are planning a third. The location can’t be beat, a few minutes walk to the beach and even less to the grocery store and all the great shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Steve is great to deal with and the unit is clean and comfortable with most everything you need. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return ourselves!

Nice ground floor condo. Close to everything restaurants, grocery stores and most importantly the beach. Condo was clean and ready had everything we needed and the owner was very nice to work with. Look forward to staying here again.

Inexpensive, nice

This unit was clean, the stove could use an upgrade but it didn't matter since I wasn't cooking, it just looks bad. The villa is right next to the laundry room, which is convenient but thanks to inconsiderate guests who ignored the rules, there was plenty of noise and banging of doors and yelling very late at night in the laundry room and hallways. Once those people were gone, it was fairly quiet. The owner said I should have called him, but I did not want to call anyone that late at night. There are few amentites in the villa itself, but for the price it was a safe and convenient place to stay and the owner was very nice.
