This charming quadplex is a converted historic home—walking distance to local restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, and world-famous Bayshore Boulevard (you can see the water from the front of the building)
Located within walking distance to area amenities - 2 blocks from Bayshore Blvd, close to Tampa General Hospital (TGH), downtown, Hyde Park Village, Riverwalk, the Convention Center, Straz and so much more. This unit is perfect short-term or long-term rentals, available on a monthly basis with on-site laundry facilities.
