Built in the 1960s, this property features a relaxing spa pool and furnished one-bedroom apartment. Located in an up and coming area, it’s perfect for every type of traveler and just minutes from iconic Deep Ellum and Lower Greenville Ave and vibrant nightlife. If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.
