Our stay was amazing as always! Sans Souci remains our favorite condo property on the beach. We've rented multiple different condos in this building from Pensacola Beach Properties and always have the best stay. The units are clean, well stocked, and the property manager has always been easily accessible.

Long weekend visiting family in Pensacola

We enjoyed our stay; however, when we walked in it smelled musty and we had concerns of mold.

Great stay!

Everything was excellent except the master bedroom closet has an odor coming from it. It smells like body odor.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed staying at the condo. We had a view of the beach and the bay from the balcony. The place was very clean and we were provided packets of needed soaps, etc., that were just right. We went two times across the street to Peg Leg Pete’s which we highly recommend. It was a great location and we would stay there again.

Enjoyable vacation. Great location.

We found this location to be well maintained and in very good condition. The unit had everything we needed. Took us a little bit to figure out how to use the TV but that's mostly due to our inexperience with streaming. The beach area was clean and uncrowded. Wish the pool could have been warmer, but this was the first week in April (there was always the hot tub) Liked the gated security situation and the location away from the "downtown" crowds. Would come back to this location in the future.

Awesome Stay!

Our first time staying in a VRBO and our first time visiting Pensacola. The vacation was perfect, the room was perfect, the pool was perfect, and the ocean was perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Second time at Sans Souci

This is our second stay at the Sans Souci condos. We enjoy the direct beach access, balconies to see the beautiful views and it’s across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s! Great deal for the price!

A respite for a bad trip

Beautiful beaches

We love San Souci. This is not our favorite unit since is does not look directly out on the gulf but to the east. It is still a nice unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location, amazing beach

Everything was good. Definitely needs a new coffee maker. The property could use cleaning. Windows filthy and many Cobb webs in elevator area. Other then that it was a great place to stay and definitely will be back.
