Enjoy the best of 30A from this ground-floor Beachwood Villas condo located just steps from the main pool and only a 3-minute walk to the beach.

This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a great fit for families, with two queen bedrooms, built-in bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. The renovated kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and the condo includes a convenient in-unit washer and dryer.

Beachwood Villas offers plenty to enjoy without ever getting in the car. The community features two pools, including one heated seasonally, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, grills, and a children's play area.

When you're ready for the beach, simply walk across 30A to the nearby Beachwood Villas beach access and enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf.

You'll also be close to some of Seagrove's favorite restaurants, including Café Thirty-A, Angelina's, and Goatfeathers, with Seaside just a short drive or bike ride away.

Great location and amenities for 30A! We went from this unit to the sand in just a few minutes time, literally across the street! Plenty of restaurants and shops very close! The unit itself was laid out perfectly for our family, with plenty of room and super clean! Our kids loved the fact that the unit is right next to the pool! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Overall great stay and would stay again! Stayed with 2 couples (4 of us total) and was the perfect place. Close to publix/grocery. Walk to beach, was about 5 minutes. Beach does get a little crowded, but we were able to find a spot each day. Chair/umbrella rentals were also available on the beach. Main pool was right outside the condo too. Condo had adequate parking with no trouble. Very close to old florida fish house as well. Walkable to a few coffee shops

Great place for a family

We really enjoy that location is away from the hustle and bustle of PCB and having a PUBLIX so close allows us to eat as a family in our room each night. Very short walk to the most beautiful beach and a short walk from from shops and ice cream.

Great location ! Lots of convenience, Beach access , bike rentals , store , restaurants, everything the family needs within walking distance. The accommodations were fantastic. Great Price point .

Long Weekend at the Beach

We had a great stay in the Beachwood Villas. Arrival was a snap...the unit was clean and well appointed. Its a quick easy walk to the beach and the property manager could not have been more helpful...all in all, we enjoyed our brief getaway and highly recommend this unit for others.

Great Family Vacation

The Condo is clean and very nice. Plenty of room for our family of 4. A short walk to a great beach that is very peaceful. Right next this unit there are 2 pools, shuffle board, Cornhole, and Tennis/Pickleball courts. Very nice and quiet neighborhood for families. We would not hesitate to book this property for our next beach vacation.

30A Vacay

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The condo was so cute and had everything we needed. The cleaning crew had not done a great job, but the owner was very quick to respond and great to deal with. We loved being right by the pool and less than 5 minutes walk from the door to the beach. Beachwood Villas is convenient to everything, including groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Location was close to the beach, convenient and large enough for a party of 3. The windows in the bedrooms could use a good cleaning, moldy around the window frames. I did contact the owner and the option offered to me was to get a refund or relocate but since I had family coming I opted to stay. I would hope a good window cleaning would be done regularly. Overall I enjoyed the stay and unit.

Good stay but not clean or kept up

Good location and space for what we needed, but not clean. The door didn’t seem to lock. Many of the dishes and cups were dirty. There were crumbs and trash left on the ground. I asked the hosts for WiFi info, but never heard back from them.
