This little cottage is tucked away in the mountains. Quiet and cozy. The cutest little place. We absolutely loved our stay in TN for our wedding. Very clean and tidy. 10/10 recommendation. We will be going back in the future for another little get away!!

Weekend Getaway

We came for just a long weekend. We love this cabin, even remodeled our house with ideals from this place from where we stayed the first time. It is so peaceful yet close enough to things. We love staying here and can’t wait to visit again.

The house was very open and bright on a quiet street but close to everything we enjoyed in the area. The bed was comfortable, and I even found one of the pillows on the bed I could sleep on. My husband and I love Cades Cove and the festival in Townsend we attend each year. Of course the mountain views are awesome....Will recommend to all our friends.

A Great Little Get-Away

Beautiful little farmhouse with everything I needed for my visit to Townsend. Well-decorated and stocked. Loved the patio for early morning coffee, and the private river access. Very close to all that Townsend has to offer, and convenient to the National Park and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Charming Stay

The place was full of history and rich character. The small details were all cohesively blended together to make a simplistic yet scenic stay. The view of the mountains were gorgeous and the sounds of the bubbling spring and flowing creek were very serene. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We love Townsend and this place was perfect for the two of us to relax and chill.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy and in a great location for enjoying all that Townsend has to offer. Owner was easy to work with. She responded quickly to one concern with the door lock and addressed it as promised.

This place was even better than we imagined! Super clean and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed! Beautifully decorated—just clean and fresh. Not a lot of little knick knacky clutter. I highly recommend staying here :) We will definitely go back!

Anniversary Getaway

This house was perfect. My husband and I stayed for a few days after an overnight hike to LeConte that we did for our anniversary. The house is beautiful and clean. A nice patio to drink coffee on in the morning and so close to everything we wanted to do. Townsend is a wonderful town with several great restaurants and coffee shops that is only a few minutes drive from the house as well as the Townsend entrance to the park. We hope to be back soon!

Nice little house

The owner was great to work with. Great stay with exception of tv viewing. The Roku setup was pitiful. We didn’t go to watch tv, but rain changed our plans a little.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the feedback on the TV. So many people these days have their own logins to Roku apps that we allow them to use their own accounts. We will take your experience into consideration moving forward.

Beautiful Spring House

This property couldn’t have been better! It was super clean! It’s decorated beautifully. The attention to detail from the furnishings, to the kitchen utensils, and down to the Watkins spice rack is impeccable. We loved how quiet the area is. But minutes away are great places to eat and shop! If you’re into water rafting/tubing, this is the place to rent! I really didn’t want to share how wonderful the Spring House is because I want it available for when my husband and I go back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

It was wonderful! The only trouble we had was that the GPS didn’t take us to the house but one road past where we needed to go. It was a beautiful little spot with such an interesting story! We will certainly come back. So close to the main road yet so peaceful! The patio beside the spring, the sound of the river across the street, perfect for relaxing! The special touches like the s’mores basket when we arrived and the resident gnomes by the spring made our stay so memorable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Thanks for having us!
