Guest Access:
The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ, Kingsland boasts miles of Texas’ most sought-after lakefront property.

There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance:
Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area

The famous “Slab” on the Llano River is one of the area’s favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.

Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Kingsland.

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced by the community. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum.
- No smoking
- Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $1,000 dollar Penalty. There is a maximum of 2 pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is $150 per pet.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.

Excellent Family House

We had 13 family members converge here for a Christmas Eve together. It was a beautiful house with a fantastic common area. One of the few dog-friendly places we could find. Excellently equipped kitchen. One of the biggest issues we face every year when looking for houses is that they will be large enough to sleep our group, but then the dining area only sits 6 people, or there are only 2 bathrooms. This house was actually well set up for a large group with large dining tables inside and outside, and a sufficient number of bathrooms. The management was responsive and easy to work with, too.

Bachelorette

We had a lovely time for a bachelorette weekend. The bedrooms were great for all the different friend groups. The pool and dock were a blast! The kitchen had everything you needed plus plenty of pantry andsecond fridge space.

The house is perfect, the pool, the property everything was perfect! This is by far the best appointed and stocked house we have ever stayed in!

4th of July Family vacation

Property is clean, new, and very highly recommended. We will return for sure. Pool is great to use when lake gets too hot. Small issues did exist-front downstairs bedroom had a shower head that only worked in certain dial positions (full spray setting for whatever reason didn’t work). We like a good cabernet in evenings-no good wine glasses for the wine enthusiasts (the wine glasses present are plastic; the only one glass goblet is not a wine glass). Also, no wine cork screw in entire house. Recommend better wine glasses and bar accessories. Neighbors if present can see straight into your activity in back (swimming, porch activity etc). It took me a while to warm up to being fully visible to both neighbors while in back pool and porch-no privacy at all. Also, TV remotes were all randomly placed around the house and some TVs couldn’t be used due to no main remote. These complaints are just small issues for recommendations but overall the property was perfect. Had 2 sets and grandparents and tweens/teens plus parents (12 total) and there is plenty of room for all. Recommend for elderly folks a slip resistant bath/shower matt (elderly grandma slipped and fell on wet floor out of shower) as all floor on ground level is polished concrete and slippery when wet. We will return and i highly recommend this property!!

Amazing property!!

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to vacation with my family. The house was amazing! Spacious, comfortable, clean, had everything you can think of, just the perfect place!! The outdoor area was also amazing! The communication with the property manager was great as well. I highly recommend this place. We had the best time ever!

Wonderful House!!!

This property was definitely beautiful! The multiple views of the lake from the house was such a stress reliever. The modern feel of the whole house inside and outside was on point and all of our amenities were met in conjunction with the superb communications with the host. The amount of open space in the living room and dining room made it more memorable for my entire family. My family and I enjoyed our time on this beautiful home and would love to stay at this property again in the near future.
