This beautiful Point Judith home has all guests need! The spacious cape, can comfortably sleep up to 15 guests! The prime location is only a short drive from all the best attractions Narragansett has to offer. Not to mention, the home is just short walk from the family favorite, Roger Wheeler beach!

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. The Block Island Ferry brings travelers to Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip to consider for your group. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

The spacious layout of this home offers plenty of room for guests to relax on their next get away! The main floor features a two large living room areas, a fully stocked kitchen, two dining areas, a full and half bathroom, and one of the four bedrooms. In the living rooms, two large sofa beds can be found, providing additional sleeping arrangements! Upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms, and full second full bathroom can be found. Outback, rinse off the sand from the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower, before heading over to the spacious outdoor dining area for a BBQ on the gas grill! Best of all, this home is equipped with central A/C, a favorite of many to keep cool in the summer!


**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
