This Austin Tech-Ridge house offers 5-KING beds and 2.5 baths. A perfect long-term stay for traveling families, executives, and professionals. See some of the highlights below:

* Fully stocked kitchen: Pots & Pans, Plates, bowls, cutlery, etc

* TV in bedrooms

The space
This beautiful 2-story house has 5 bedrooms. All 5 beds are King size beds, with comfortable hybrid mattresses, and multiple types of pillows for different sleeping postures.

The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a sitting area, furnished with a King bed and a Futon.

The laundry area is on the 2nd floor, washer and dryer are installed.

The kitchen is fully stocked, ready to prepare your favorite home-cooked meal.

Coffee Station: located in the kitchen, the coffee station has regular and decaf coffee, and tea.

Water dispenser: A 5-gallon Hot/Cold water dispenser is located near the kitchen area.

Please feel free to inquire about any request or item you may need to make your stay more comfortable in Austin.

The entire house is accessible to guests, this includes the completely fenced-in backyard and covered Patio.

Great stay at a great location in a quiet neighborhood

Came to this location for a wedding. There was plenty of room to kick back and relax when not at the wedding itself. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room.

Check-in was smoothest we ever had, property was as advertised with lots of space and plenty of bedrooms. Property manager communicated well throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay!

Amenities and the house were perfect! This was a great home base for us while we visited austin for a disc golf tournament as a family. Would definitely recommend it to any larger group looking for a quiet refuge!

Our stay was great.. besides the massage chair not being there and no access to the garage our stay was peaceful..very nice area..close to the highway.. restaurants.and gas station..I will be booking again if I ever go to back to Austin

Excellent property! Great location close to Round Rock outlets for shopping as well as UT campus. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The bathrooms were spotless! Several rooms and comfy beds to choose from. Would definitely stay here again :)

Family Girls’ Trip

This house was perfect for our group of 6! The beds were very comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed. Communication was top notch. We didn’t need anything during our stay since everything was just as described but I know we would have been quickly accommodated had it been necessary! 100% would stay here again!

This home is perfect for your long-term stay or just a short vacation in the Austin area. Very convenient location in the North Austin / Pflugerville area. You will be close to major Highways and connecting streets and tollways. Downtown Austin is just a short 15-minute drive, in decent traffic!

Plenty of Restaurants and shopping close by. Round Rock Factory outlets are a 10-minute drive from here. This neighborhood is known as Austin Tech-Ridge, most of the high-tech employers are just a short drive from here. This includes Dell computers, Samsung, AMD, Apple, Google, and the rest!
