Welcome to The Branch Nashville, just 12 minutes from downtown and located in one of the best parts of town for fun local shops, eats, bars, and coffee- East Nashville! You'll love our spacious place with artistic touches and all the amenities you need for an amazing stay in Nashville!

We've been hosts on other platforms for several years now with 5- star reviews and guests coming back everytime they visit Nashville!

Just 9min from The Grand Ole Opry, 12min to BNA Airport, and a 15min drive to 12S, Vanderbilt University, and the Gulch.

The Branch Nashville is a new private condo only 12min to downtown and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two additional sleeping areas with twin beds, and a spacious fully stocked open concept kitchen and living room! The space is single story (no stairs) and is located on the second floor, easily accessed by an elevator in the FREE parking lot area.

We LOVE this city and are excited to share our home with you and help you have a wonderful time in Nashville!

Clean, exactly as listed, had everything we needed, near Opry Mills/Opry Hotel. Easy for our daughter in the wheelchair since it had good handicapped parking, elevator, and doorway width. Owners were very responsive when I had questions. Would definitely recommend.

Our hosts were outstanding! They met one of our family members on a Sunday morning so we could make sure that the unitwould work for our family. So nice! We have a son in an electric wheelchair and it was completely accessible for him. If one of the bathrooms could've had a roll in shower… We could've moved in.!!! Great location!! The unit has great seating in a living room area plus a nice sized dining space and the kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely check for availability the next time we are in Nashville.!! Thanks!

Easy and relaxing

The place was very nice, clean and convenient! They were quick to respond to my every question as I have an infant and wanted to ensure it was safe. I would stay there again next rome I come to Nashville.

Great spot for a weekend

Well stocked stay which makes all the difference - plenty of basics in the kitchen, comfortable beds with plenty of extra linens & pillows. You can tell there are parties here but upkeep of unit is VERY good - we were a group of 7 adults & stayed very comfortably with plenty of parking!

Wonderful stay!

The place was so spacious for 6 adults-defiantly could fit more! The place was cozy and had thoughtful touches! Plenty of parking as we had people coming from all over which was very nice and convenient. Felt safe and away from the hustle and bustle if you want something close but not in the middle of things. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

The condo was nice. A bit misleading in the pictures for the additional sleeping areas. Beware they are the closets to each bedroom so a big snug for adults. Other thrn that we had a good stay. .

Cute place!

Really cute place! We were in Nashville for a bachelorette party. Plenty of room for the 5 of us to have our own bed and having 2 full bathrooms was great! Really appreciated the early checkin. I would stay here again! My only cons are slow communication from host and could use some detailed cleaning (dusty floors/baseboards).

Great Condo for our family

The condo was perfect for us. The twin bed sleeping areas were a perfect use of space! Netflix was open and ready for guests to use. Beds were comfortable and extra amenities like shampoo, body wash, room spray, makeup wipes were a very nice and unexpected touch! There was an issue with the elevator upon arrival but the property owner responded quickly and promptly to a situation outside of her control and we were thankful for that!! We would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Trip 2023

Very clean property in a good area, easy to get to. Very difficult to sleep due to noise around area with local fire station and road side traffic. Upstairs neighbor very noisy from around 8pm to 2 am every night of our 3 night trip.

Roomy and well appointed

The property was larger than we needed but it was quite comfortable and well appointed. Despite the owner's ban on bachelorettes, there were some reminders than a group had stayed there, with some of the mementos less than family friendly. A minor nit for a nice place.

Very Nice East Nashville Spot

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The decor was pleasing, clean and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen as well as other amenities. Great location - easy to get to lots of really good restaurants. Plus the Turnip Truck was a nice market to pick up tasty treats. Recommend and would def stay at this property again.
