Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight. Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints and distilleries.

When we first arrived we were a little worried based on the outside appearance. (The host does appear to be actively working on improvements.) This appears to have previously been a motel or apartment building. Once inside we were pleased. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and went out of the way to deliver a package we had overnighted. Perfect for two people but would be a little cramped with four.

We had a good stay. Our hosts were super kind and generous. They made sure we had all we needed and if we needed anything else to just let them know. I highly recommend booking them!

Property is exactly as described, very affordable unit with easy access to downtown Frankfort. Host even surprised us with fresh donuts left on our door Saturday morning! We have stayed here three years in a row, property is constantly updated. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and this condo was a great place to come back to each evening to relax. Easy check in/check out, location was a bit run down but never had any problems or felt unsafe so don't let that discourage you from choosing this place for your stay in Frankfort.

Great place-close to many distilleries

The place was as shown in the pictures. It had everything needed except an ice tray (which was no big deal). It was a great location if you are touring the local distilleries. Would stay here again if in the area.
