Patio that opens to the pool, Wrap around balcony with an incredible view of the ocean. The only condo in this complex that has 3 bathrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs along with a washer and dryer in condo. Making this condo perfect for relaxing on a cozy getaway from the world. No matter where you go in this home, you will always have a view of the ocean. Steps away from the private beach access and pool, you have everything you need to make your stay incredible. From lounging on your private upstairs balcony, to early morning walks on the beach, to plenty of local restaurant and cafes; options are endless. The master has a king sized bed with its own bathroom. The guest bedroom has two beds and its own bathroom as well ideal for a multi family getaway. Don't forget about the garage with plenty of storage for beach gear.

Family Vacation on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back! The location was perfect for our family as we wanted to experience the beach but not have to spend the whole day there. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft, and having 3 bathrooms was a huge benefit for us as well.

Beach condo.

We enjoyed our stay it was very clean and easy access from the garage. right out your patio door and the beach was probably 80feet away. We would stay here again and recommend it to anybody.

Fantastic Stay

We absolutely loved our stay. This is a very clean and updated townhome. It was perfect for our family of four. The location to the pool and ocean was perfect. Our boys loved spending time at the beach and then jumping in the heated pool. Everyone was very friendly, and Janice was super helpful in answering all of our questions. The laundry facility was very clean and easy to use. The unit was well stocked with beach toys and lounge chairs which was a major plus for our young family. The facility is close to many restaurants and Walmart is just 2 minutes away. We look forward to coming back next year!

Very clean, comfortable and at the beach/pool with good supplies in kitchen. Only reason for not 5 stars is that it was not specified that construction on property meant no balcony upstairs in the unit. That picture should have been removed from rental pics until it is repaired as it was deceiving publicity abd rented thinking i would be using it. Very disappointed to see wood blocking the door/view. Would come back if this is completed/corrected. Also, please specify soap on listing in bathrooms is only hand antibacterial. No soap for bodywash in shower. Had to go buy it. Plus, Hard to get into garage with car as short distance to go into even though car fits for this unit unlike the others.

The good: location.The bad: almost everything else.Don't trust the pictures. This unit is very, very outdated. It has not been cared for, and it shows. I booked this for four adults, and the minute we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. It just smelled dirty. The linens, floor, and bathrooms all needed a good cleaning. The towels (bath and beach) are threadbare, old, and mismatched. The beds are worn out and squeaky. I felt like I needed to shower after sitting on the patio furniture. The placement of the refrigerator is odd and confusing. The beach chairs have seen better days. And don't get me started on the AC! One or two degrees up or down will make the place an icebox or an oven, and the temperature wildly fluctuates depending on where you are sitting. We never did find a comfortable range for the 6 days we stayed there.Don't expect thoughtful touches in this unit. The level of care given to this place is minimal. It is neglected and outdated... which is too bad, because it is RIGHT on the beach. Gorgeous views. If the owners spent some time updating things, it would be an amazing rental. But right now, it's not.I will say, the managers were quick to respond when I messaged about something. It's just that the issues with this unit are far beyond a simple fix.

We were surprised by many of your comments, as this condo has consistently received glowing reviews from guests who find it to be accurately represented in our listing across many platforms. The photos are current, and there have been no changes to the furnishings or décor since they were taken. We also wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay. We take cleanliness very seriously and would have immediately sent our housekeeping team back had we been notified. Likewise, we would have been happy to address any concerns with the beach equipment or patio furniture. We would also like to clarify that the air conditioning system is less than two years old and has been operating properly. We have not received similar feedback from other guests regarding temperature control, but if we had been made aware of an issue during your stay, we would have gladly inspected it right away. While this condo is not a newly renovated property, it is exactly as represented in our listing and is well maintained. Many guests return year after year because they appreciate its comfort, exceptional beachfront location, and value. We are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate all constructive feedback.
