Entirely new interior that replaced all cabinets, countertops, plumbing and light fixtures, designer furnishings coupled with unbeatable, breathtaking views from every room and extensive balcony! So unbelievably close to the Atlantic that you feel like you’re on a cruise ship! Pool will be finished summer 2026, and the beach is unspoiled, uncrowded and home to many pro surfers! Satellite/Melbourne/Cocoa Beach is the halfway point between Jacksonville and Miami, so less than an hour to all the attractions in Orlando, yet on a beach area dedicated to nature and wildlife (sea turtles, right whales, dolphins, birds). So close to Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center that launches are viewed from balcony and beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery, Patrick Space Base. Short drive to Cocoa Beach, golf, zoo, etc. Closest airport is MLB but 45 miles from MCO and SFB.

Host was great. Good communication.AC and heat were off for half of the stay due to a construction issue.Condo was refurbished and nice but building is quite dated.Overall a good stay and right on the beach.

Warren and guests left the condo in good shape and would rent again. He had negotiated a lower rate and unfortunately a pipe was struck during pool excavation. I offered to fully refund their stay before checkin, but they wanted to proceed. The building is for sure built in the 1960s but has all new balconies, stucco coating and paint, public baths and pool to open soon. While it’s not my choice of colors, etc. either, it is the Old Florida vibe of this little town. Thanks for staying!

We just returned from a few days at this beach condo , and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and right at home.The condo is beautifully decorated with a bright, coastal vibe. The living area and primary bedroom both have stunning ocean views, and the balcony was our favorite spot — morning coffee while watching the waves, evening drinks as the sun set over the Atlantic. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals (we especially appreciated the full-size appliances and sharp knives). The condo was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the beds were super comfortable ! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the AC worked perfectly during the warm days.Location-wise, it’s ideal. We were minutes from Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral for cruises and restaurants, and even sat on the beach to see a rocket launch one morning, an unforgettable experience! Grocery stores, coffee shops, and great seafood spots are all within a 5-10 minute drive.The host was fantastic — responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and left clear instructions for everything. We truly felt taken care of.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located beach condo with amazing views, book this one immediately.
