*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change.

This bright and airy condo in the Sundestin Beach Resort is the perfect place for your next vacation. Guests will enjoy resort amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, gym, and game room.

The condo boasts a large open concept eat-in kitchen and living area, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy out on the balcony. Enjoy immaculate water views from the living room. Head out to the balcony for a closer look and smell the salt air. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, a meal, or drinks in the evening. The comfortable living space will welcome you after a fun day at the pool, beach, or exploring the town.

Additional highlights include a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and cable TV.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Glad you messaged. We were just about to call you. We are very disappointed in our condo. The first thing we noticed was the unpleasant smell. The door knob to the bathroom is literally hanging off the door. There are stains on the sofa plus metal rods are clearly noticeable when we sat down, the chair seems to have a broken back, there are missing pieces of trim in the kitchen, and to top it off one of the toilets was clogged and I had to use the plunger to keep it from overflowing....completely dissatisfied considering my wife and I took vacation days to come stay here assuming we had a 5 Star condo based on what we paid for 3 nights. Feel free to call me. I would like to discuss this further and hope you will make some type of reimbursement or correction for all of this. It's definitely NOT worth our money! We left a day early since we never heard anything back.

There was construction that the site said would be complete 6/15/24 still on going. When I contacted them they kept insisting I was notified.

Good with some surprises

Condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. Couch was very uncomfortable. We were surprised to find the balcony was closed due to renovations. The washer and dryer are shared.

My wife had a medical surgery unexpectedly, so we were unable to go on vacation. I call to change dates but the person I spoke with said because I was 23 minutes late calling in the 24 hours before check in that could not do anything for us. A supervisor emailed me and said the same. willing to have dr. send medical excuse. Still would not change dates. Sent facts but know return

Destin Getaway

We truly loved our stay here. It was very relaxing and the view from the balcony was everything the pics showed in the listing. The resort is showing its age, but our accommodations were clean and everything we needed. The coils on the AC unit on the balcony need to be cleaned. They are clogging up and soon will cause the AC to not work properly. It would be nice if coffee filters were provided. The soaps were ok, but could be upgraded to lather better.

Not impressed

So the condo was nice, a little smaller than expected but overall it was nice. The wifi was horribly slow. There was no dust pan to sweep up the sand or oven mitts to use while cooking. The bathtub needs to be worked on because water will not drain properly while taking a shower. Pool was closed the entire time I was there even though I received an email saying the beautification project would be done by 15th. So unfortunately we were not pleased with the amount of money we spent to stay somewhere where all of the amenities were not available for our kid.

Gorgeous ocean view

Unit is perfect for morning coffee & ocean views! And take the elevator down to the beach where your beach chairs are and the smooth ocean waves are rolling up & back for a peaceful relaxing day.

Smoke on the water and obstructed view

Great location and the beach has very clean white sand. The non-smoking resort is a joke. People smoking on the balconies, in the hall and stairway. Not just tobacco, but marijuana. this made may families stay very unpleasant. The view on the beach was blocked by all the umbrellas and chairs from the vendors trying to make a lot of money. We had to squeeze between the umbrellas and chairs to get to the water. I will not be staying here again.

Overall, the condo was as described. The view of the beach was wonderful and the location was convenient. The pull out bed was uncomfortable and the bathrooms could have had some updating.
