Private use of 2bdrm 1ba 1500 SQFT Walkout Basement Available Short/Long Term

Available is the entire private walkout basement of my 4200sqft custom Northeast Mesa home. I reside on the top floor and may or may not be home during your stay.

There is entrance through the garage as well as private entrance via side gate walkway to rear entrances.

Utilities included
• Internet (Wi-Fi)
• Water/Trash
• Electric

The 1500 sqft of private living space includes:
• 2 large bedrooms - furnished with Queen beds
• Private patio with outdoor furniture
• Large bathroom with two separate sinks and tub/shower
• Small stocked kitchenette with Coffee maker, dutch over, microwave, double hotplate and refrigerator
• Separate dining area
• Large walk in pantry with plenty of shelves and storage
• Full size couches and chair in the living room
• Wall mounted 48 inch TV
• Full size pool table and dart board
• Celling fans in both bedrooms as well as the living room
• Three sliding glass doors that exit to a resort style backyard

Outdoor includes:
• 25,000 gal pool includes sheer waterfall and two wok pot water features.
• Large gazebo with stereo, TV, bbq and outdoor fireplace
• Several queen and pigmy palms enhance the tropical ambiance of this outdoor area.

Local area:
Conveniently Located close to shopping and dining, ¼ mile off the 202 north Red Mountain frwy just minutes away from Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe. Minutes from Falcon Field municipal airport and Banner med. Only 5 minute drive to the Salt River, popular hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing. 20 minutes from Saguaro lake. Catch some amazing city views and sunsets across the street on short 10-15 min hill hike trail!

Must be pet friendly as I do have my super friendly who male boxer who lives with me. They love to play fetch, swim and tug of war.

Nice house , great stay

Overall the house was nice to stay at. Gary was awesome and even though lived upstairs never saw him. Dogs….no issues. Pool is not heated, but fairly common in AZ. Yard is awesome, soaked feet in pool after baseball games. Only thing the Wi-Fi seemed hit or miss, but it’s a big house.i get it. Overall I would stay again no question

Beautiful back yard

The kitchen was short of a couple utensils. A scissor and a sharp knive would have been useful including extra dish soap. Otherwise the place worked out perfect for us. The location was great and the backyard was beautiful. wabeainalong with with some extra dis soap. p

A Little Slice of Paradise

The property is beautiful, tranquil and quiet. It was a perfect spot for us to call home base when my father and I met up for spring training. Gary is a gracious host and would recommend his place to anyone.

Beautiful property in a great location

Check in process and communication with the owner was very smooth. Roomy basement apartment opens to spectacular outdoor space. Fantastic location near stores, restaurants, etc. Very short drive to the trails at Hawes and Usery Mountain. Owner made us feel very welcome, even letting us store our bikes in the garage.

Mesa Stay

The walkout level is open and welcoming! The owner was very gracious and accommodating! The yard is as beautiful as shown in the photos! We also enjoyed spending time with the two dogs (very friendly). Definitely stay there again! Close to everything; access to 202 is about 5 minutes

Wonderful!

We had never stayed in part of a house before. It worked out great. The backyard was as good or better than the pictures. The accommodations were roomy. 4 could easily stay here. I would definitely recommend this and would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice property...but with land mines.

Buddy & I flew in for a few days of Cactus League spring ball and this place was a perfect spot for two. Very clean, comfortable beds, close to everything (grocery store, restaurants, ballparks we wanted to see games in, etc.), owner lives onsite & is very responsive, pool table and beautiful backyard are very nice bonuses. ....but.... The listing discloses the two boxers (dogs). They're quite friendly & generally not a bother. However they do their business in the backyard and the owners do not pick up after their pets. At least they didn't while we were there. The backyard is a wonderful place to sit out and relax, however, as soon as you slide the glass door open you're greeting by piles of dog crap. And boxers being relatively large dogs leave large piles of droppings. If it were one or two I probably wouldn't bother mentioning it in a review, but there were significantly more than just a few. It looks like no one really bothers picking up after the pets and, well let's just say its a little less than appealing thing to be met with every time you walk outside. Other than that the place is as described and is great. This is a pretty simple problem to take care of & if it were/is taken care of then my review is 5-stars all day long.

Great place

The owner is amazing and property is beautiful. Great location and views. Unfortunately our time was packed with events and we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the backyard but it’s complete with pool, fireplace and kitchen. Dogs are well behaved and help ease the withdrawal of leaving yours at home. Property is very clean. Beds are comfortable and open floor plan with lots of space. Would come back next time we are in area.

Great space. Large backyard with pool, gazebo, etc. 2 friendly and affectionate boxers. Gary was very responsive to any questions we had.Could use a few basics for the kitchen - we left Gary a list of items. The BBQ was functional but needs an upgrade as the other cooking facilities are very basic.
