Our Happy Place on North Padre Island is your home away from home as the Blue Waters, soft sands, and bird songs surround your peaceful vacation. Newly updated interior with fresh paint and new features. In the mornings, enjoy the sunrise over the Blue Waters, on the balcony with your cup of coffee. Life has just slowed down for you. We have some great recliners just for those moments. In the afternoons, it's a shady spot for a happy hour or outdoor reading area. The pool is in sight too. It is heated and palm trees wave in the wind. The hot tub and workout room is there for you as well. BBQ your steak or shrimp by the pool and enjoy true Island time. The ocean Blue Waters are just on the other side of the dunes and waiting for a long walk or a swim in the Gulf. The beach is clean and ready for fun! The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes and has everything you need on your vacation, including a crockpot. The bedroom offers a comfortable, firm queen size bed. Utilize the full size washer and dryer as well. Pet friendly property for long term 30+ days! Come stay with us and create memories for a lifetime here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was perfect, the rental was not. We are regulars at N Padre and usually stay at the El Constante but they places that allowed pets got booked up. The Blue Water was nice and was almost pet friendly and CBC282 was ok. For pets and people that like to walk around barefoot, be very careful in the grass areas. My dogs got goat heads / stickers in their paws every time we took them out on the grass. Stairs are steep and the bed was arguably a queen that lost weight. Broken drawer in kitchen and access panel above shower looked suspect. The El C or nothing for us in the future.

Private Balcony Pet Friendly Beach Condo

The Private Balcony Pet Friendly Beach Condo was nice. We didnt use the balcony because of all the bird poop that was on the outside door and deck. While we were there we checked for seagulls or other birds and never found any. I don't know how long the deck and door had been that way. We would have liked to sit out there and enjoy the view, but chose not to due to the circumstances. We swept and cleaned the floors daily, so that we could walk around barefoot inside. We did enjoy having a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and nice kitchen with a full size fridgerator. It was very peaceful.

Great winter Texan getaway

Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc. This was good because we cook & eat in a lot. Looking forward to returning next Winter for 2 months again. The only negative are the pigeons and them pooping on the patio. We’d have to clean it everyday to be able to sit out there. Something needs to be done to keep them from roosting on the beam above.

Comfortable Condo

My husband and I went to CC for a long weekend to see our daughter’s volleyball games at TAMU-CC. We both worked from the condo thurs/Friday so it was nice to have 2 separate work areas for us each and a quiet complex. Very comfortable and relaxing trip, enjoyed great morning walks at the beach and complex’s workout facilities and pool. I would stay there again, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Roaches

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was infected with roaches. My grandson went to put his shoe on and a big roach came out of his shoe. In the kitchen were roaches by the washer and dryer. My husband was sitting watching television in the living room and before you knew it there was a roach going up the wall. I reported this to management. They wanted to come out at 5:30 in the evening during dinner times and spray I told them no. I paid too much money for this b&b 2-day stay there have to put up with roaches. I asked for a manager to contact me back and I haven't till today which is Friday not received a call back. Very disappointed

Property was small but worked for us. It would be nice to have more pots for cooking. We could have used more, towels and wash cloths. TV was difficult to understand the guide, etc. Cable companies fault.
