The Condominium is located in the south end of beautiful downtown Portland, Oregon. One block away from the Portland Streetcar, along with adjacent tree-lined walking paths that can take you to dining, theater and shopping, you can't beat the location!
Some of the best amenities you will find in all of downtown Portland including indoor/outdoor pools (seasonal), outstanding parking facilities, 24 hour security and exercise rooms. Spacious, Great work area in second bedroom, walking distance to public transportation and the Willamette Park. You can enjoy amazing sunsets, and gorgeous views of the Willamette River and St. Helens.

The location worked out great for us as my husband had to stay in Portland to go to OHSU for a procedure and follow ups.

Fantastic Condo

This place was a wonderful! We felt very safe with all the locking the gates. Very close to OHSU. Owner is very responsive -bedrooms are very comfortable -great views from the balcony-kitchen was easy to cook in-and the concierge was fantastic answering any questions, and receiving anything we ordered. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice place

This is a very nice condo. The owner has done a lot to make it comfortable. Nice furniture, well stocked Kitchen and amazing view! Location is great- right near all the mass transit. The unit is located in a very quiet wonderful part of SW Portland. I highly recommend this place!

Sweet home 🌟

My experience renting this property, was very pleasant , I really enjoy this place in is very clean and the apartment have very a beautiful views to the city, terms of safety is very safe but always be sure to lock your car even when you park inside the garage, Michele was very courteous showing all around the place she’s very helpful ,.
