The property was very welcoming. It had everything we could need and was dog friendly too. Brandon was especially helpful with any concerns or questions. He really took care of us. Thanks for such a nice stay in your beautiful city. We stayed 2 nights and it could have been more.

We were very satisfied with the accommodations. We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. The location was almost the same distance between downtown and Fernandina Beach.

My sisters and I needed a short staycation. The house was cozy and comfortable. I feel like there were 2 master bedrooms and a third where there would have been plenty of room for 3 children or another adult .

Nice house, great location. Privacy fence is very secure. I wasn’t nervous letting my dog run around. Up-to-date appliances and very clean.

The host did not disclose the AC was out in the house. We walked in at 6PM and it was 80 degrees. The host had placed a portable AC unit in the living room, so obviously he knew the air was out. The house smelled of urine, probably from pets. I contacted the host immediately about the AC. He made excuses stating the AC had been checked and nothing was wrong with it. Then stated the thermostat was wrong and asked me “does it feel like it is 80 degrees?”. I said most definitely! He then asked me to close all the vents in the front of the house to see if the back bedrooms would cool down. He mentioned he knew he was going to have to replace the AC unit. We took showers and used a few towels - the temp increased to 81 degrees. I immediately packed up and told him we were leaving. He refunded my money but has harassed me for a 150 cleaning fee for taking a shower! It was a Sunday night, everything else was booked, so I drove all night and went home. I was at his property for 2 hours!

Home away from home!

Our family had to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Helene and we chose this place, Brandon was such a great and thoughtful host, he is a quick communicator if you need him, and house was amazing! Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful getaway

Wonderful place for a Christmastime getaway. Central location to shops, restaurants, beach, & historic downtown. Neighborhood was quiet & fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
