Classy, quiet and safe neighborhood is located super close to the PHX airport with easy freeway access. Located near Papago Park, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale and the PHX Zoo. Stylish and comfortable home with a private pool and access to bikes if you wish. Three of the four bedrooms are available with two full baths.

Thirty minutes to State Farm Arena, 16 minutes to Waste Management Phoenix Open, 8 minutes to the Airport and/or Old Town Scottsdale. Access to hiking / biking trails from the house. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available on Tempe Town Lake, just blocks away.
