Located minutes from beautiful Old Town Scottsdale, this newly built home has been professionally designed and furnished for luxury entertainment! Enjoy a stunning Arizona sunset from the front porch or the backyard, complete with large covered patio, outdoor bar, dining for 12, chic fireplace and conversation seating, sparkling pool, built-in BBQ, and 4 chaise loungers with umbrellas.

The heart of the home is the great room with a huge sliding glass door that makes a seamless transition from inside to out, a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, comfortable living room, fireplace and bar. There is a formal dining area, work space, 5 elegantly appointed bedrooms, a and a Peloton indoor bike and Peloton treadmill. WiFi at the property is the fastest available service from Cox Communications.

BEDROOMS: All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with designer fixtures, sinks, tile and lighting! Plush towels of all kinds (Bath, Hand, Washcloths), starter toiletry sets and hairdryers are included. Three bedrooms have King beds. Two bedrooms have Queen beds. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, HDTVs and luxurious Four Seasons bedding collections.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

This was a phenomenal home in a great area. I've never stayed at a home that was stocked so well. The home was Gorgeous and in pristine condition. CJ was also very responsive as well! I recommend this home to everyone and can't wait for another visit!

Everything was so clean, organized and stocked. I stayed here with my family to celebrate my fathers and brothers birthdays. The managers are quick to respond to questions and issues, if any. They have everything that you would possibly need. They have thought of everything! It is super close to the freeway and old town Scottsdale. Truly the best place we have ever stayed in. You will be so glad that you stayed here.

Weekend Golf Getaway - a perfect retreat!

This was the most perfect retreat / home base for our golf weekend in Scottsdale. Jamie and CJ are wonderful hosts - communication was excellent, check-in/check-out was a breeze. The property itself is impeccable. I’m pretty picky with properties, and this was the best one I’ve stayed in. The home is beautifully appointed and decorated; the beds have beautiful Tempurpedic mattresses and high end bedding. The house couldn’t have been cleaner - and there’s several nice little touches like nice bars of soaps, shampoo and conditioner, birthday candles, etc. Lastly, the proximity to Old Town is so convenient. Overall, this was a fabulous stay. Thanks CJ and Jamie!

The interior design is beautiful - classy and trendy. The finishes and design are all high end. Extremely clean. Very, very spacious. We had a girls' weekend and each of the 5 bedrooms is gorgeous and has a bathroom (2 bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom). The backyard is so cute with tons of seating options and a heated pool. The kitchen is stunning and has everything you'd ever need. Clean garage was great. The location is nice - quiet, residential neighborhood, and very close to downtown Scottsdale. We LOVED this place. Can't think of anything that could be improved except it would be nice if check-in was on your own instead of having to meet with someone with the management company at the home upon check-in. Stay here! Seriously the BEST VRBO I've ever had, hands down.

Everything was even better than we expected. Beautiful setting indoors and out. Clean, spacious, perfectly decorated. Kitchen and pantry have all the tools you need to cook and serve your crew! The bedrooms and baths were so clean and the beds were all so comfy. The outdoor space is outstanding! We made use of it all: the pool, dining/bar area, and the fireplace. Even cooked out one night, and the grill turned out perfect NY strips. CJ our host was super-responsive to the 2 questions we had; they even delivered a pack and play! Location was central to grocery shopping and also to fun in Old Towne. We were all sad to leave, and can’t wait to return! We will be recommending to friends, just not during the dates we are planning on for our next trip! 😆

There’s no real way to describe this home, our experience or ANYTHING related to this trip except as absolutely PERFECT. This home is as immaculate as it gets (photos don’t due it justice). Within the first 24 hours of our stay I was online trying to figure out how to buy it!! Lol! CJ saved us after we arrived in Scottsdale to another home that was not suitable. We found this one and he was so kind, accommodating and easy to work with. He literally saved our family vacation. Every amenity in this home is better than a 5 star hotel. The sheets are glorious, the pillows, the pool, the aesthetics, the kitchen, the showers, etc. I dare you to find a better Airbnb. I was sending videos of every room and every beautifully chosen chair, lamp or gorgeous bathroom tile to friends and family. Neighborhood is sweet, safe, close to EVERYTHING. You will not be sorry. PERFECTION. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you CJ, we will absolutely rent from you again.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, and the floor plan is very functional. We had plenty of room to cook, relax, play cards, and enjoy the delightful outdoor spaces. Super convenient location to shopping, old town, botanical garden, and having access to the nearby walking trail was really nice. A minor issue was handled quickly and professionally. DV properties has filled a much needed niche market for travelers who are looking for spacious and luxurious accommodations that are clean and well taken care of; a wonderful alternative to Airbnb/vrbo’s and crowded hotels. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to exploring other DV properties on future trips.

Luxury getaway

The house was immaculately maintained and had every amenity. The property managers are the best we have experienced. Walking into a house that is spotless with beautiful furniture and bedding along with a fantastic outdoor space made this trip perfect. We LOVED the location. Two of us ran on the trail and path each morning (which is amazing) and two people used the peloton and weights. We spent every day at the pool and outdoor bar. BBQ'd outside one night which was perfect and drove to fashion square/old town for other meals. Fashion square has some amazing restuarants and both Fashion Square and Old Town are only a 5 mintue uber ride. I would highly recommend this property and will be back for sure!
