Beautiful Brand New LA Home, designed for you to enjoy your stay in Luxury and comfort. Centrally located close to some of LA’s best attractions. House is loaded with tons of high end features, along with every bedroom equipped with its own 4K Smart TV. Private Rooftop, with fire-it, outdoor sectional couch, ping pong table, dining table, and BBQ Grill. House has a private 2 car garage along with space for a couple more cars.

Master has a King Bed and a Queen 24” high air mattress that can be moved around the house.

2nd bedroom along with the master also has its own private bathroom along with a queen size bed.

3rd bedroom has a Full/Double size bed, with a bathroom directly next to it.

Living Room Sofa converts to a Queen size bed

LA Trip

The owner was responsive. Could have left instructions on the different televisions. Also have a ping pong table with no balls. Couldn’t find a broom anywhere. Should ensure the remotes for the tvs have batteries. Toilet paper in all bathrooms dish towels paper towels etc.. other than that it was great!

Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen

Die Lage des Hauses zur Besichtigung der verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut. Allerdings ist die direkte Umgebung des Hauses nicht so gut. Laute Straßen, Auto-Werkstätten, Baustellen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich schlecht. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und wurde nicht getauscht. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei kleine Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem kleinen Queensize Bett (nicht für 2 Erwachsene nutzbar). Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die Matratzen/Lattenroste sind schlecht. Es gibt noch eine unbequeme Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Das Luftbett ist nicht zu gebrauchen und nicht akzeptabel. Der Tisch mit 4 Stühlen auf der Dachterrasse ist nicht ausreichend.. Die Tischtennis Platte ist sehr klein. Keine Bälle, keine Schläger. Die Sitzecke auf der Dachterrasse ist unbequem und sehr „billig“. Die Dachterrasse ist videoüberwacht, was nicht akzeptabel ist. Eine richtige Reinigung der Dachterrasse wäre dringend notwendig. Bei der Internetverbindung gib es sehr viele Verbindungsabbrüche. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses könnte deutlich besser sein. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung des Hauses für den Preis minderwertig/billig. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Kommunikation mit Justin ist schwierig. Antworten auf Fragen bekommt man nur bei mehrmaliger Nachfrage und dann auch immer nur sehr lückenhaft. Wir würden das Haus nicht wieder buchen und empfehlen es auch nicht. Luxuriös, ist es auf keinen Fall. Die Bilder versprechen deutlich mehr, als wirklich geboten wird.

Great location

We found this property to be more than adequate. It was beautiful and had more than enough space. The only problem we encountered was tv service/ internet Wi-Fi.

Beautiful, accommodating apartment!

Justin’s place was a perfect spot for me and my friends last weekend. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating when we requested a late check out. The apartment is very spacious and modern and the location was great for our stay. Highly recommend this spot to a group looking to stay in the area!

Great stay

We had a lovely stay. We was 9 persons living here for two weeks without a problem. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. We especially loved the roof top with an outdoor TV and grill. Used it a lot in the sun. All rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. Personally i enjoyed the big well equipped kitchen. If you're into taco's one of LA's best birria tacos is just 2 min walk from the apartment. Same with 7/11 and other stores.

STAY AT YOUR RISK—0/5 STARS

To say that this rental was a disappointment would be an understatement. This house is a good example of what quality real estate photography can get you (meaning you will surely be disappointed in person). We arrived to the home to find that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The owner had a cleaning and painting service come during the stay. (Yay, paint fumes and giving up a day of your stay). Aside from the obvious cleanliness concerns, the house was a disappointment overall and I wouldn’t stay there again. The house has clearly been used (and, more specifically, abused). There are scuff marks all over the walls in the house. The bed linens were cheap. The towels were very thin and even cheaper. The rooftop patio, which we were excited to use, was quite tiny and the patio furniture needs to be replaced. There is limited living room seating. The garage is supposed to be a two car garage, but would not fit one regular-sized vehicle—it isn’t long or wide enough. The pictures and lack of reviews make the house look like a new listing; however, clearly it is not new and has been stayed in multiple times, yet there are no reviews. In short, rent this house and you’ll surely regret it.

Vacation

The property was very clean and well kept. The listing is in Sherman Oaks but it's actually Van Nuys. Although the home itself was attractive, the surrounding homes were a lot to be desired. Justin was accessible by phone. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall, despite those hiccups, the property is ideally located to a lot of major spots, attractive in appearance, and great to visit.
