On rare same-day turnovers, it may still be cleaning or heating upon arrival. Water quality, safety, and proper temperature are always our top priorities.

No refunds will be issued if the hot tub is not ready at arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

2. No parties, loud noise or music. Violation = $1000 fine and guests will be removed from the property with no refund.

5. No children under 6 in spa. All children regardless of age in spa area must have adult supervision. Guests enter spa at their own risk. Owner and host are not responsible for any spa related accidents.

There was some initial miscommunication about the check-in process, but after that was straightened out everything else was fine. The place had enough beds for our group, and the Pac-Man arcade machine kept the kids entertained. Lots of kitchen equipment, everything we needed to cook some meals instead of going out everyday. Very close to Universal Studios, about 10-15 minutes away. There was a hot tub that looked great, but we didn't end up using it. Maybe next time :)
