Create great family memories at our house. Beautiful 3 bedrooms, 3 full bath home with bay views. Open floor plan on the 2nd-floor living area. Large dining room space and fully Stocked kitchen. Primary bedroom with walk-in closet, tiled shower, and tub. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 2 baths and a loft area with a deck overlooking the bay. Attached oversized 2 car garage. Fully fenced backyard with hot tub. Steps to the park and beach.

Great Location

Location was great, house was spacious enough for us to spread out and the property owner was very responsive to a few issues we had when we arrived. House was clean upon our arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Summer Vacation

Lovely home for our family of 6 plus dogs. Home was neat, clean and spacious, beach is only a short walk away. Convenient and easy to find location, dog friendly park around the corner, only 30mins from VA Beach.

Great Place to Chill by the Ocean

This home is in a quiet, chill, beautiful neighborhood. It is a short walk to the water. The home is spacious, clean and very accomodating. We kept saying that we would definitely come back.

great experience

It was exactly as expected. We had a great experience, especially the fenced-in back area was great as we traveled with our dog, it makes a huge difference to be able to send her outside and not having to worry. Would go back any time.

Beautiful Roosevelt Beach

I stayed at the property with my husband, grown children and my two basset hounds. We had a great wonderful time. I would definitely return. The house was great lots of room for us. Our vacation ended too quickly. The beach which is amazing is only 2 blocks from the house. Get Bobos Fine Chickden Restaurant. ❤️

Additional guest visited

The upgrades to the house were nice BUT there were BUGS! (roaches and ants). Regular fumigation or professional extermination is needed. The access to the beach was more difficult than represented on the website. The VRBO website/ owner directions for specific information about check-in, check-out were not clear.

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was really roomy , had enough space for us all. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The location to the beach was ideal. Just a few minute walk. The only downside to that walk was crossing east Ocean view. As it has heavy traffic at times, no one slows down. The house was very comfortable. There could have been a few more supplies, such as garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The parking at the house was nice and the garage was used as a game-room,which we enjoyed. The fenced in yard needs some TLC! There was only a couple of glitches. A loose towel bar, the town shut off the neighborhood water for a few hours and a faulty outside faucet. All in all we would recommend this property, especially to families with children and those who have a dog.

Relaxing getaway

We were so pleased with our stay. Bonita house is in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, but close to everything we needed. Access to the beach was a short walk away, and because it was on the bay, we practically had it to ourselves. We really enjoyed our family time, and discovered some great things close by- lots of skate parks, the Hermitage Museum, and the shop Gangsta Dog for our pups.
