Host provides coffee supplies, sheets, comforters, bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, small cooler and cooler bag. Closet and dresser. Portable fire extinguisher and first aid kit located in closet. Iron and board, coat hangers and blanket in closet. Host provides portable blue tooth speaker, alarm clock, mini sound machine. Outdoor sitting area with 2 chairs and small table front of house and a huge sitting area with many tables and chairs around the pool area, table and chairs under covered area by pool too.. We have vacationed in OBX since we were both young kids. We brought our children to OBX beaches almost every summer. We love the beach, river, boating and anything water related. We take pride in our rental units and hope to make our guests comfortable with amenities that will make them feel like they are right at home on vacation. We are available anytime through the VRBO app and we are on site frequently upstairs. We are very responsive to guests and answer all questions promptly.

** 3 minute drive to beach/easy walk** Nauti Mermaids is modern with many amenities. Our unit is very clean and well stocked. We want you to pack your clothes and swimsuit not supplies and beach chairs. Our king suite is in a quiet neighborhood with a 2–3-minute car ride to the beach. Walking distance if you choose to walk. Beach accesses are 99% free. We offer free parking at our house. We are close to many great restaurants and beach accesses. We chose this neighborhood because it is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, activities and we have great neighbors! Lots of amenities!

**3 minute drive to beach/easy walk** Our NEW in-ground POOL can be heated ($50 per stay) May, June, September, October. All sheets and towels provided. Paper towels and toilet paper provided. Coffee bar with coffee supplies provided. We provide a light snack upon arrival with a few bottles of water. We have collected restaurant menus, maps, and magazines about the Outer Banks. They are located in the suite. We have tried to think of every detail to make sure your stay is most enjoyable. We are always looking for feedback from our guests. We strive to help make our guests have a wonderful vacation.
