This is a classic Outer Banks beach cottage designed for small families who desire being able to walk out the door and onto the beach instead of packing up the car and finding parking.
Although our protective natural dune prevents an ocean view from the porch, you can certainly hear the waves crashing and feel the breeze blowing.

After graduating from UNCW I joined in the family business here in Nags Head where I continue to work.
I have two school aged children and we all love to spend time at the beach and on the water whenever possible.
