WARNING: This place does not sleep six! There is one queen bed and one futon that sleeps a max of one adult. My father-in-law slept on the couch with no bedding, and my brother-in-law had to get a hotel room. We squeezed our son in the bed with us.
The place was filthy. The floors were sticky and dirty. We found greasy dishes in the cupboard and food under the queen bed. My wife scrubbed the kitchen before my in-laws arrived. Please REFUND our cleaning fee and pay us for leaving the place much cleaner than we found it.
"Electricians" tried to get into the property during our stay. (Fortunately, I had removed the key from the lock box.) They said they had been doing work there all week. The place is not ready to be rented yet - a brand-new towel bar for the bathroom is in the box on top of the fridge, the clothes closets were dirty, full of junk, and unusable, etc.
No kitchen table or chairs. No real place to eat, so plan on eating out.
The house layout is awkward. You go from the living room, through bedroom 1, through bedroom 2, through the kitchen, to the bathroom.
No fault of the owner, but the neighbors played extremely loud music into the wee hours of the morning, making for a hard night's sleep.
Pros: The bedsheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, except for the floors. The check-in time is earlier than normal, so that adds a level of convenience if you are coming to town early.
