Great stay and close to virtually anything we needed while at the Convention Center. Clean and modern. Host is very communicative and was available to answer any questions and was very preemptive. Very appreciative!

Nice property especially for an older house. Very clean. 7 minutes from The Expo Center. Host communications was good, honest and fair. If you don’t want to pay a lot for a big property yet don’t want to be cramped in a hotel. This is the place.

Weekend trip to Louisville

The property is conveniently located to the convention center which was what we came to town for. My daughter was in an event there. The place was pet friendly. The beds were not very comfortable and the place is definitely dated. Enjoyed the coffe bar. Not much to cook with either. During the day it was safe but not a good area after dark. Towels and sheets were provided. Easy check in process.

Yes my home was built in 1912 and has a vintage look but everything works and is functional. My home is located in the city in which you should always be alert. However my neighborhood, statistically, is one of the safest neighborhoods in the city (day or night). There are pots, pans, plates, cups, spoons, etc. I've had hundreds of guest cook with no arguments. And if that were so I could easily provide anything that should be available. As for the beds, we can't please everyone. We do appreciate all our guests and will always try to improve.

Convenient location

Super clean. Very cozy. Antenna tv. Internet was out from storm a few days beforehand. I wouldn’t go walking the neighborhood after dark but all in all it served it purpose of exploring Louisville!

Wonderful experience.

Host was very gracious. Property super clean. Very convenient to our dog show. Only thing was the property said fenced and it wasn't fenced completely so we couldn't use the yard but I would stay again. We locked the wrong lock and got locked out and our host came and let us in immediately. Just a wonderful person.

Small and cute

Overall it was a good stay, the place was dated but very clean and we loved the little coffee bar setup. I really wouldn't recommend more than 4 people though it can hold more, it was a bit tight with 5 of us. Comments from my friend include the need for serving size bowls and to check dishes that guests have washed. Would also recommend some coat hooks over the shoe tray inside the front door. Overall, excellent host with good communication, we had a good stay for that part of our trip.

Great stay and great host

Everything was just as described and clean. James is incredibly responsive and immediately replied to all of our questions about check in and using the google chromecast. The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. There were snacks for the kids and coffee and teas, which just really made the stay special for all of us! The bathroom is very well stocked, if you forget anything it's probaby there. There were plenty of clean towels and washcloths for our family of 6. Thank you so much, James, we can't wait to come back to Kentucky Kingdom and visit your place again. Tip is to bring ear plugs and a soundspa if you are suburbanites like us, not used to the city sounds.
