Mountain modern, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2 pull out couches, Office, 2 1/2 baths, well equipped home that has many new upgrades including new furniture and decor, all new beds with high end mattresses, 5 flat screens. This home features a hot tub that is cleaned for each guest, a steam shower, a fully supplied kitchen with wine/beverage cooler, cable with streaming and high speed internet and keyless entry. The mud room has lots of hooks and storage for your ski and snowboard gear and the garage has a ping pong table and ski/snowboard racks, Sleeps 10 comfortably. 1-king bed, 2-queens , 2-fulls, 1-twin, 1-queen pull out couch and 1- full size pull out couch. All beds have 4 pillows.

Great mid-valley location. Only 30 minutes to Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands Ski Areas. Only 20 min to Glenwood Hot Springs. A bus stop is only steps away if you would rather not drive. Come see what the roaring fork valley has to offer or simply stay and play here! This location is truly a hidden gem with a beautiful golf course, miles of open space to explore and some of the best private fly fishing in the area with 2 miles of Roaring Fork frontage, 4-1/2 miles of streams and 8 ponds.

If you plan on fly fishing you must read and agree to the rules. Fishing is catch and release and fly fishing only. Rules are printed at the house.

Any violation of these rules may result in a minimum $100 fine and up to a maximum of $500 for standard items and will be transferred to the guest.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors. We have 1 motion camera at the front door for security.

Great location and plenty of space

Great location for family ski trip to the Aspen resorts. SIgnificantly better value that those closer which are smaller and more expensive. Given free parking and shuttles near the resorts, staying further out makes sense

Family ski trip

We absolutely loved staying at your house, Darren! Very clean, with everything you may need to serve and cook included, as well as plenty towels and linens. Owner very easily accessible via text, great communication. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Perfect for our group

Super convenient location for our group. Great amenities great space for our small group of friends. Hot tub was nice and clean and was thoroughly enjoyed after our days skiing Aspen/Snowmass!

Great house with lots of space and amenities

I stayed here with a group of friends and it was wonderful. Great sleeping accommodations and lots of room just like the listing said. Kitchen was spacious and nice. Ping pong and hot tub were a bonus.

Lovely place to stay

The home is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. A group of 7 women stayed here for a week for a hiking holiday. We found it comfortable, well-stocked, very clean and wonderfully situated halfway between Glenwood Springs and Aspen. Host Darren was super responsive to our questions and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. Communication before and during was exceptional.

Mullins annual ski trip

Wow. Surprised. What a great location. A block of highway 82. Easy ride to all Aspen mountains .9 miles from Glenwood Springs sulphur pools and great dining .

Great place for skiing and fly fishing.

Overall, everything went well. The place is nice and modern, with good appliances. It was great for us that we could bring our dogs too! We did some Aspen skiing and some fishing in the creeks of the roaring fork right behind the place. Skiing takes about a 40 min drive.

Fantastic Home and Amenities

The home was as advertised. Well appointed, clean, modern, and perfect place to call home-away-from-home. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful with questions. The house is close to Hwy 82 which can be noisy with windows open, but this was only "negative" about the home or location. I would and do plan on staying here again in the future!

Great escape!

Beautiful neighborhood, easy access to lots of sights and good location. House is amazing. Beds are comfy! Kitchen was well stocked! We were sad to have run out of regular coffee and wished the hot tub had a fence around it so we didn't feel as exposed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Would recommend it to anyone it would come back!

Spring Break in Aspen

We have given a few 5 stars before, but it doesn’t seem fair after staying here. Gorgeous house that was in a perfect location to get to Aspen and eat locally in Carbondale or Basalt. The house really did have everything. There isn’t too much that they haven’t thought of. Beds and mattresses were probably the best we have slept on in a VRBO.

Excellent Property

My family and I stayed at this property over the holidays and we absolutely fell in love with it and all its amenities. It is such a beautiful home and spacious enough for with something for everyone in the family. Close to nearby towns, supermarkets, and not too long of a drive away from Aspen. Lots of great skiing nearby and located in a beautiful community which was great to walk around in the morning and look at the scenery. Not to mention Darren was wonderful and has excellent customer service. We hope to be back soon!

Great spot for skiing Snowmass

Place was fully stocked - even provided a crock pot! Lots of nice features and amenities. Host replied to messages in a timely matter. A couple of suggestions: I was a little thrown back by the multi page list of laminated rules (some of which were outdated and I had to text to see if they were in effect) and having to sign an additional document with the HOA. I think it would benefit future guests to put all rules in the listing so guests can decide if this is the home for them. Worth noting also that the fold out futon in the office is very short so if you are over 5’5” it’s probably not an option to sleep on. And the guest bedroom upstairs facing the highway should have curtains in the two high windows. Car headlights going down the highway and road out front makes it difficult to get good sleep with all the lights flooding the room at night. Thanks otherwise for a great stay.

We live in the roaring fork valley. My wife and I have 3 awesome boys. We love to snowboard in the winter and enjoy camping, hiking, biking, golfing and boating in the summer. We look forward to sharing this Rocky Mountain home with you. We have local management always available and we’ll do our very best to make this a wonderful memory for you!
