The whole family will enjoy this great place and its unparalleled views and lots of room for fun. The main floor features a great room (including a "cook's kitchen", a giant island for cooking, eating, playing games and hanging, a living room and dining room), office, laundry room, a primary suite (king size bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in closets), two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large deck facing Blue Lake and the surrounding mountains .

The lower-level includes a recreation room with TV, pool table, ping pong table, kitchen, large bedroom with lake views and a large walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with steam shower. And French doors that open to the back yard and walking path around Blue Lake.

Perfect house for a little get away! Exactly in between Aspen and Glenwood to hit both the hot springs and shopping/skiing! The host were very attentive and great communicators!

Spacious, clean home with lovely view of Blue Lake and mountains beyond. Plenty of room for five adults and two toddlers (downstairs and upstairs). Safe walkable neighborhood with easy access to playgrounds for our grandchildren, shopping and restaurants in El Jebel, Basalt and Carbondale. Owners were responsive and helpful. We all plan on a return visit!

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood with a very nice view. Beds were comfortable, living space was great for relaxing and conversation. We did a lot of laughing around the ping pong table in the basement. Due to the low snow year, we were able to enjoy walks around the lake almost daily with direct access to the paved trail from the downstairs patio. There is a bit of road noise from the highway being just across the lake in the king and double bedrooms, but it was not a big problem for us. The only bit of oddness was that there isn't a traditional refrigerator in the upstairs kitchen - there are a series of 4 drawers - 3 for refrigeration and one as a freezer. There is a normal fridge in the basement and that helped with some larger size dishes we had brought with us. The upstairs kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and such and was convenient for our evening meal prep. There were also some spices and staples in the upstairs pantry which was great. The driveway very comfortably held our 3 vehicles with room to spare. I would have loved a bit more proactive communication right before our visit, but we were able to figure it out via the Vrbo app. We would stay again!

Spacious home with curb appeal.

Really enjoyed the ping pong ,pool table and piano. Lots of space for everyone. Deborah was really quick replying to all of our questions. The view sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in the morning awesome.

Beautiful Basalt Area Home

This home is very clean and comfortable. The views are wonderful the two kitchens well appointed but I would have liked a microwave in the upstairs kitchen. We had minor issues with the house specifically a circuit breaker kept tripping for the master bedroom thus turning off the AC. The owner did tend to this for which I was appreciative. Also the downstairs French doors were difficult to lock and secure Our only other issue is the two accessory bedrooms upstairs are not air conditioned and they can get uncomfortably warm as a result. The owners were delightful to deal with
