Welcome to our spacious home in the heart of Hendersonville. Construction on this new home was completed in summer of 2022.
- Cozy up to the gas fireplace or head outdoors and enjoy the 6 person hot tub, back deck, or flagstone patio with fire table.
-Arrival to the bungalow is easily accessible with a level paved driveway in a quiet neighborhood.
-We also provide 4 Adult bikes and 2 child bikes for your enjoyment.

Enjoy all that Western NC has to offer.
-Our home is less than a block from the future Ecusta Trail, a 15 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to Main Street Hendersonville with all the quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy.
-A 10 minute walk to Dry Falls Brewery or the newly opened Trail Side Brewery and a short drive to local Vineyards and Apple Orchards.

The open main floor boasts a large kitchen with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay, plenty of seating along the island or at the dining table, a cozy lounge area in front of the fireplace and ample seating in the living room for watching movies and relaxing.
This one level home has a Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with a spacious spa like shower.
There are two ‘sister’ rooms with Queen beds that share the second bathroom with tub/shower combo.
A third room boasts a bunkbed the kids will love or use it as a private office with a dedicated work space and lots of natural light.

The two car garage provides an added hangout space complete with Table Tennis and Corn hole. So even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy these games.

All linens provided for your stay as well as a Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash and a few cleaning supplies for your convenience.

High speed internet, and cable are available to stay connected, work or stream your favorite shows.

We also welcome your family dogs (2 max.) and provide a fenced dog run, plenty of pet friendly blankets so they can cuddle up with you while relaxing, and doggie bags for easy cleanup outside.
