When the snow starts to fly, Deer Park becomes the perfect skier's retreat. On weekends and school vacation weeks, take the free shuttle service from Deer Park to Loon Mountain. Cannon Mountain is a short 15-minute drive through beautiful Franconia Notch. You can also enjoy cross-country skiing, on-site skating, or just relaxing in front of your fireplace. Explore Ice Castles, the mountains, find old friends and memories, or create new ones!

In the summer enjoy the spring-fed lake with beach and swimming, tennis courts, basketball courts, and plenty of places to ride your bike! Shared outdoor gas grills are also available at the lake gazebo a short distance from the condo. Also on site are tennis courts, jogging trails, a basketball court, and volleyball facilities.

Nearby Lincoln offers several summer adventures including zip-lining, gondola rides, rope courses, kayak trips, off-roading, and much more! Just down the road bring the family to Clark's Trading Post with amazing bear shows or cool off at Whale's Tale Water Park! So spacious that if you bring an inflatable mattress, you could have room for two more!

Living room has a queen sleep sofa, flat screen TV, and fireplace. This condo is in a great location with an easy walk to the Recreation Center. There's something for everyone.
