Amazing location and super clean

We stayed there for a week with a group of friends. The property was super clean and had everything mentioned on the listing. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. It is also at a really convenient location. Would definitely ho back!

Great Condo/Great View/not a great area

This condo is great! The building itself was not good. Broken elevator the entire stay, strip club across the street, and loud crowds. The room, pools, and beach were amazing!! Wouldn’t fully recommend for a family trip but for sure a couple and or adult group it could be fun. Panama City hasn’t changed as much as I thought it had since the early 2000’s. Lots of teens all over the place but none were a problem.

Needs renovation

The pictures look fabulous. Only one bathroom sink drained. You stood in about 4 inches of water taking a shower. There was no oven mitt. No cooking sheet . No pizza pan. Glad my wife wasn’t with us. We made the week overall if you can look past that it was ok! Fourth floor so we took the stairs no need to wait for elevators.

Family Getaway

I booked the condo for an extended weekend family getaway. The night before check-in the host emailed our check-in instructions and door code. We arrived around 7pm and the guard at the gate was very friendly and explained our parking pass is only for 24hrs and we would need to register at the office. Thankfully this condo is only on the 4th floor as the elevator situation is a nightmare. The condo was welcoming and inviting. It is as described. My boys (14 -5’7” & 10) were very comfortable in the hideaway bunk beds. Master bed was a little uncomfortable and we could have used a few more pillows. Registration was easy but they were very unfriendly. The property and condo could use some updating but it is in the perfect location and right on the beach. Friday & Saturday nights they had DJ poolside, which was great. Kitchen was well equipped. My suggestion to the host would be have someone do a walk through (checking light bulbs, remote batteries, and washer/dryer for clothing that may have been left behind by previous guest) also a small vacuum would great to pick up the sand brought in by shoes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to preface this review by stating I initially wasn't going to do one as I'm not a "leave a review type person" whether good or bad experience . When booking there were nothing but rave reviews. Upon checking In the first night we found the unit felt a tad on the dirty side after returning from a quick grocery trip to that first night we were met with a singular roach on the kitchen floor. My radar went off but I waved it off as " maybe it's just one's but there never is really just one roach is there? Nonetheless we went to the dollar general bought bug spray to spray around to be cautious. The next day you guessed it another roach in the kitchen. At this point I decided there was to be no food left In the kitchen and was constant looking around. I had already decided the pull out couch was out of the question after seeing the roaches in the kitchen and the bunk in the hallway had Dorito crumbs all In the cracks so I figured it'd be another spot they may go so we opted to buy a blow up mattress for the floor in the main room as well . Fast forward to the morning of our last day. We awake early to get to the beach. We turn on the light....a dead roach in the bedroom doorway where we had sprayed....upon inspection mere inches from it another live one scurrying away from the bedroom....another dead one in the bathroom. At this point it'spanic mode...the roaches are in the bedroom as well. We start to gather our belongings bc there was no way we were staying another second there...we lift our suitcase and another roach came out. we contacted the owner she sounded as if it was a new issue and it was the first time she was hearing about it and she moved us to a unit on the 4th floor after reading the other reviews though it's very evident that she would have had to known about the roaches at least two months prior to our arrival which is very disheartening. We ended up throwing our luggage away because we didn't want to bring roaches home as well . Beware!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was good, we had a very good time and comforts whole week. But there was excessive moisture on the floor in the corridor, bathroom and bedroom from first day when we check in. In the bedroom there was mold on the ceiling, and there were also cockroaches that could often be found in the kitchen.
