Welcome to Summit #207!

Located on the 2nd floor, this beautiful, beachfront condo has a balcony facing the white sand beaches and Gulf. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with a king bed in the bedroom, a pair of bunk beds recessed in an alcove in the hallway, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Host was very attentive to our needs. All though Im not a fan of carpet in a rental the carpet was clean. We had everything we needed for a great week. Being a 2nd floor rental was great if elevators were busy just a few steps to pool area.

Nice unit. Clean sheets and towels. Nothing overly amazing. The Summit is dated and it shows. Some units have probably remodeled over the years. In general, i like the layout and easy access.

Just what we needed

Second floor, never needing the elevator was a plus. It's off to the side so no noise from the pools. Apppliances and beds were just fine, and included supplies were communicated ahead of time. The resort staff were friendly, and it was great to walk right out onto the beach.

Dirty and noisy is how I would describe this unit.My first morning there I pulled dirty dishes out of the kitchen cabinet and the host wanted to send housekeeping to "verify" it. Before I arrived there, I cleaned the place I left and drove through 5 states in the rain to arrive at this dirty condo. I didn't pay thousands of dollars upfront to clean, I was there to relax. After 2 weeks of showering with water pooling to my mid-calf, I had to get them to snake the drain. There's nothing relaxing about that. There's nothing hospitable about hearing the host say "we have no control over that". A host who can't figure out to schedule regular bathtub drain cleaning is in the wrong business. I had to put in the door code several times every time I entered because the door is not hung right. And, there's no seal in the door jamb so noise and gasoline odors wafted in every day. Also, there is stuff shoved under the bed, and the a/c ducts look like they've never been cleaned (judging by filthy vents). I don't recommend. See pics. Curtains smelled bad. I don't know who rated this place as clean. To their credit, they let me leave early and did refund my money. This was very stressful, and an all around bad experience.
