Capitol Hill is one of DC’s most charming neighborhoods, offering easy access to major attractions like the National Mall, Capitol Building, and Supreme Court. The area is rich in history and culture, with plenty to explore—from museums and landmarks to live music and sports events. Nearby, Eastern Market and a wide variety of restaurants add to the lively atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy peaceful walks along tree-lined streets, redbrick sidewalks, and classic DC row houses, as well as many small parks tucked throughout the neighborhood.

This home is a special place, full of character and charm. It’s an older building located in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, just a short walk from Eastern Market. The area is vibrant and walkable, with tree-lined streets, great local restaurants, and small parks tucked throughout the neighborhood. Public transportation is very convenient—just three blocks away from the Metro, and only about a 12-minute drive to Reagan National Airport. There’s so much to explore nearby, both in Capitol Hill and throughout the city, making this a perfect spot for any stay.
