Location, location, location! Seacrest Beach is located right on 30A, steps from Rosemary Beach and a short walk down from Alys Beach. As our guest, you’ll enjoy deeded beach access at Seacrest Beach (tram stop directly outside our building) as well as access to the Village Pool (pools, hot tub and whirlpool).

Our condo has been completely renovated with the focus of giving our guests a place to enjoy and relax. Opening the keypad lock, you have acustom mud area for beach equipment storage and towels. To the left you will find the bathroom, which has been refreshed with festive pattern floor tile, quartz countertops and a newly tiled shower. Stepping forward, you are greeted by the AWESOME triple bunk beds, each having a twin size mattress, individual lights and charging ports. To the left is the bedroom, which has a king size bed, good closet space and a wall mounted TV with an Amazon 4K Fire Stick. The living area has been COMPLETELY transformed with new furnishings to give it a calm, relaxing feel. Neutral paint colors and new flooring, along with high end furnishings make our space truly feel special. Quartz countertops and a custom built island with two acrylic barstools make the kitchen area feel like home.

Great location right in the heart of 30A for shopping, food, beach & pool all only a short walk away. Host was easy to work with and responsive. Condo was clean. A few items to note not mentioned in the VRBO information. This is a studio condo, parking can be hard to find during peak season, pool access must wear wrist bands provided by host but not noted with instructions. Condo WiFi has weak security, AC has leaked down the sitting room wall (But works great) Minor items but things you may want to know before staying. Great place for a couple or family of 3.

Sheets were sandy on king bed. Not vacuumed or swept under bed. Broken sea shells on the floor along the side of couch under window. Light bulb out in bathroom. No wine opener. Rug had stuff on it that hurt my bare feet.

Great stay!

Beautiful condo, perfect location, comfortable beds, excellent host! I especially appreciated the quick communication when I had questions - both before and during the trip. Host responded within minutes to messages. Also liked the fact that although this is a studio with a small kitchen, there was a full size fridge and enough cooking equipment to make things work for meals in the condo. Will definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving Tradition in FL

Loved our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday! Extended family rented nearby so our accommodations were great for us and the kids! The king with triple bunks was a perfect set up for what we needed. Decor and cleanliness were wonderful and the location is the best! Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I took my daughter and her three friends for her 18th birthday, and everything was perfect! Great communication, very clean, large bathroom for the space, and adorable! Would rent again for sure!

Cute Place

The condo was darling - clean, nice touches, great decor and looked exactly like the photos. The location was excellent - walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend! In season the private beach associated with this condo complex gets very crowded, so get there early to claim a spot.

My wife and I live in Mississippi and have enjoyed visiting 30A for many years. The area is perfect for a weekend getaway or a week with our family. We choose to name the property "Running Waves" because we both enjoy running and always make a point to wave to other runners as we pass by (more than likely they're passing us these days)!

Location, location, location! It's convenient to almost everything we enjoy doing on 30A. We completely renovated the property in May 2022 to make it a more family friendly space. My wife took the lead on the renovation, so no expense was spared!
