Best beach in the Keys
Property was just as described, very clean, and super close to the beaches and some fantastic resturants. Management was super nice and accomidated our every resquest and even upgraded our stay to an oceanfront villa as it wasn't occupied. Only negative was, as other reviews mentioned, the lack of bathroom on the first floor. Otherwise perfect property in the Florida Keys.

Wonderful
We were very happy with the stay. Each hut was so unique, something different, never stayed in anything like it. Property was very clean and so were the rooms. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Wonderful memories we now have.

Florida Keys
The location of the property was perfect! Loved the beautiful beach, pool, hot tub, tennis court and basketball hoop. Plenty of options to keep everyone happy.The place could use a fresh coat of paint and carpet on the stairs was very dirty. My only complaint was the floors were very dirty. On the first day we arrived the kids took their shoes off and their white socks got so dirty in just a few minutes. If there was a possibility I would attach a photo. Overall we enjoyed our trip to the keys!

Great with kids
Kids loved the pool and hot tub. We loved that it was right on the beach. The kids also used their outdoor spaces and tennis courts. You don’t get any toiletries, you’ll need your own shampoo and conditioner, etc. Brit, the maintenance guy, is super friendly and full of great recommendations. Laundry was very helpful for us. They don’t ask you to pre-clean anything when you check out either- just start the dishwasher.

Girls weekend
We had a marvelous time at your Villa, very peaceful and quaint. The stairs cute but not practical we’re a bit of a challenge Unfortunately my groups last day we were going out for dinner, only got about a mile from the Villa and we were Tboned by someone who ran a red light. 3 of my friends were airlifted to Miami and my mom beat and bruised terribly were released early the next morning. The team at the Villas were very helpful in entering our Villa since the they were with one of the airlifted girls in Miami We are all very fortunate to be alive some have months of recovery and surgeries as head. Pray for them Remember always be careful You never know when something like this could happen to you

14 hours worth it
We drove over 14 hours to the hotel and it was very much worth it. Of course we didn't do this for this hotel but the whole set of keys islands. If we go back this will be where we stay. The location was perfect and the fact the pool is right on the ocean is the best part. We would have liked to be able to fish off the peer but that is nothing that could be helped as it was private property, fishing from the docks across the street was enjoyable and we saw manatees there while walking. The only downfalls we had was that everytime we went to use our laundry the staff had it locked up or were using it themselves. I had to start getting up early to beat them to our laundry room, we were in a unit real close to their office and they don't have their own laundry so they use the units laundry. It was a hassle when I walked all the way down the 2 sets of stairs and would come to the door without my phone and see they had taken it over or locked it then I would have to go all the way back up and get my phone to call them and ask to use my laundry or get my keys to unlock the door. Way the unit is set up you go up stairs then go to your door then inside is only a kitchen and sitting area ( we were hopeful a bathroom would be on this level but they didn't have one till you go up more stairs) . This isn't a place for someone elderly as walking the spiral stairs with your laundry or luggage or just to use the bathroom would be difficult . Over all we loved it and would def. come back!

First trip to the Keys
This was our first trip to the keys. We had a wonderful time. Nice quiet beach and great accommodations. Unfortunately our friends that were supposed to join us had to back out last minute, so we had more than enough space. In any case, it was an excellent place to stay.

Great private beach get away
Housing was clean ,quiet ,and closer to the beach than a condo in the Gulf . Housing was a little dated but would book again and recommend.

Nice place with a lot of rules
The place it self was great-quiet, great location, own private beach in my option b/c there wasn't very many people around, management was great, Maintenance Manager (Rite?) awesome man who would sit and talk with you. VERY NICE porch area to sit at if you sat outside and could handle the noise from the construction The negatives: CONSTRUCTION was going on the entire time we were there. Very loud and you had to step over hoses when walking on sidewalk. You can only use the pool during the day (sunrise to sunset)-very disappointing!! I called before we arrived about beach towels and umbrella but they forgot to mention there was a cost for the beach towels! I would have brought my own from home. Walls are very thin so we could hear the kids talking in their bedrooms at night and our bed squeaked if you slightly moved so no loving was going on. When air condition came on it was a like a freight train coming through-very loud, but COLD AIR! Overall very nice place for couples with no kids. I wouldn't stay with family b/c of how thin the walls are. You can hear everything that is going on in the house. I would stay again with just the wife and I. I would compare it to choice hotels if I was comparing it to a hotels.

Sea grass stench
This VRBO was so disappointing. The first floor of the condo did not have a bathroom or comfortable sitting area. The bathrooms were outdated. No head boards on bed and not attractive. The beach smelled terrible. The sea grass smell could be smelled at the pool. If you are looking for a nice waterfront property, this is not it. Kitchen did not have a vent nor the bathrooms. Overpriced

Family vacation
The property was as described. I would say the property is definitely what you see online. The only issue we had was terrible sea grass "seaweed" throughout the Keys. Which is not really in the realm of control for the property owners or manager. The property manager and owners were VERY accommodating and understanding with a small issue that we had. They were quick to address our issue and handled it fast also going above and beyond to meet our needs and for that I am grateful!!

Great location, needs updates
Family stayed there for a week. Convenient location in Marathon, in middle Keys. Nice beach, clean property and pool. Needs furniture updates in the rental unit big time. Beds were really uncomfortable and couch in living room was terrible, had to put cushions from chairs on the couch to make it tolerable. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if updated.

Location Location Location. In the absolute middle of the string of islands known as the Florida Keys. Only 50 miles to the southernmost point in the USA keys west and 50 miles north to the mainland. We are on one of the very rare beaches in the Florida Keys. Marathon is a quiet island for rest and relaxation. Some of the best diving and fishing in the world. Warm tropical breezes all year long. Our pool is open 365 days a year. Pool is heated from late December until March 31 every year, even though it is not many times in February and March.
