Great stay in AC

This property was even better than advertised. Comfy beds, clean rooms, and convenient location. My team enjoyed cooking family style dinners and hanging out in the living room. Beach is just a short walk away! All communication with the host was detailed and friendly. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Vacation Rental

Sheets were dirty on two beds. Had to wash them before using them. Neighborhood very sketchy. Lots of loud music/noisy street, and underwear left on the windshield of our car.

Weekend with friends

Cadillac Blue house does not disappoint. When looking for a place to stay I came across this home. The pictures of the home were accurately portrayed. First impression was everything was beautiful and they had many upgrades. The kitchen is large with top of the line appliances, fixtures and flooring. The blinds are very unique that I want them in my home. It was also immaculately clean that we always made sure to clean up after ourselves. The two bathrooms also were designed beautifully and again top of the line fixtures. The temperature was very comfortable with central air that you have full control over. There were 6 of us and we all fit perfectly. Communication with the host was excellent. This house was also located just .2 miles from where we needed to be for the start of our race at Bader Field. The Wonder Bar right across the street also has amazing food and great atmosphere. Walking to Tropicana is less than 20 minutes. It was an amazing weekend with great friends and fellow athletes. If you're looking for a house in AC, I would definitely check this one out.

Hi! We are Paul and Ashley, aka The Cozy Couple! We're the husband and wife team behind Cozy Cohost LLC, a full service Short Term Rental Operations Company based in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

We are former New Yorker's that fell in love with AC so much, that we purchased a vacation property to enjoy ourselves, as well as share with others. We then realized how hard it was to manage our property from a far and how much we missed AC when we weren't there, so we decided to move to AC and start our business! Now we are hired to help other owners with hosting and operating their properties, and since we live in Atlantic City, we are able to provide our guests with the utmost timely communication and unparalleled service to ensure a wonderful stay! Real estate and hospitality are our livelihood, and every one of our properties and all of our guests are very important to us.

Along with our team, we specialize in creating a cozy, clean, safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
