ACCESS & ENTRY

– Guests have full access to the entire 2 level home.

– There are a few steps at both front and rear entrances, and a staircase to the 2nd level of the property.

– This property is a row house, so it is attached to another residence on the side. Being this is an attached property there is always a possibility that noise can be heard from the neighboring houses.

– Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding homes.

- Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!



KEYLESS ENTRY:

- There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

- There is no designated parking at this property.

- There is free parking on the street where available. Additional details regarding parking will be provided in the check in message..

- Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:

At "Tidemark" we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.



CLEANING:

Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.



HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:

As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Guests may request to change booking dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and possible rate differences. Within 14 days, date changes are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

We are always happy to welcome families! Please note that the property is not childproof, and children must be always supervised by an adult for safety.

-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.

-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.

-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.

-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring properties may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind when booking.

-Atlantic City is an urban environment and, like many cities across the U.S., it can occasionally have a lively or city-like atmosphere. This may include noise from neighbors or occasional police activity in the surrounding areas. It is also a diverse cultural city, with a mix of people, backgrounds, and experiences that make it unique. While this is not uncommon for a city setting, we encourage guests to consider this when booking, especially if you’re seeking a quieter experience.
