Keep it simple at this cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Just a short stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location to get the best of what Traverse City has to offer. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance, including the Omelette Shoppe below the apartment.

Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This 2 bedroom apartment is equipped with a queen bed in each room, full size pullout sofa and 2 convertible chairs in the living room for extra sleeping space.

For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, stove, full size stacked washer and dryer, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, coffee maker, and more.

The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.

Traveling with a group or just looking for extra space? We have a second apartment next door that is a studio and can sleep up to 3.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for a birthday weekend and it was so nice and convenient to downtown. Checkin was easy and parking was too. Would recommend.

Fun getaway!

This was a perfect weekend of wine tasting, shopping in the downtown and fabulous food. Such a wonderful location for a getaway, it was perfect, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful birthday weekend

What a wonderful birthday weekend. Heather was very quick to respond to my many questions and this apartment was beautiful and a great location. Super clean and well decorated. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Birthday weekend

The property was in such great shape, beds and pillows so comfortable, nice to be a block from front street, shopping and food! Make sure you are able to climb 22 steps to the apartment, I am 63 years old and would still come back!

Get away

Everything was spotless clean. Nice to have a designated and signed parking spot for use during the stay. Excellent location to walk anywhere downtown TC. Heather was very accommodating and quick to respond for questions.

Thanksgiving Weekend

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving weekend. Great location, great set up, all the amenities. They even had snacks on the table and waters in the fridge. Being that we came Thanksgiving evening and all the restaurants were closed, this was especially nice!

Great spot for a mini vacation

Perfect spot and location to spend a getaway with our family. Always so many things to do in Traverse City. From winery’s to brewery’s we had a great time. My liver needs a little time to recover, though!

Fantastic spot in TC!

It's one of the most wonderful rentals we've stayed in! Spacious, clean, all the amenities you could need, and incredibly walkable to anywhere in the city.

Great Location!

We stayed here only one night. The location is fabulous- easy to walk to everywhere. Very clean and tidy. We were really happy for the gathering space and games. Water and coffee were a real bonus. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks for being a great host.

Perfect!!

Long weekend in Traverse City

The Top of the Shoppe was a great place to stay in Traverse City. Location was an easy walk to restaurants, pubs and shopping. The place was roomy, comfortable and a great value. I will definitely book again when back in town.

Perfect spot

Great downtown spot for Cherry festival. Parking very convenient. Very responsive to messages as well. Coffee bar and welcome snacks also appreciated. Would stay again !
