Sanding Ovations Master's Cup

Relax in the marvelous WAVE N' SEA CONDO located on one of the best beaches in the country. The Wave n' Sea condo offers a private residence with 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, 2 TVs with Netflix, coin laundry room, beach supplies, and a full kitchen for your friends and family to have everything needed for your perfect getaway!
The space
The Space

The Wave n' Sea condo offers a perfect blend of coast ambiance and comfort living.

We offer comfortable beds, clean white linens and a variety of pillows. The master suite has a king bed and TV. A comfortable living room, TV and coastals views (day and night), a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer and cleaning supplies.

Extras

-We want you to have a blast, so we also provide:
• Beach Fun: sand toys and an umbrella.

BEDS: MAXIMUM 4 (4) GUESTS
Master Bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2 guests)
Living Room: Full size sofa with pullout bed (sleeps 2 guests)

**Bedroom includes a flat screen TV & a ceiling fan with a remote control for your comfort.**

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with appliances, granite countertops.

BATHROOM: One full bathroom with a removable shower head and a hair dryer is also available.

This condo offers a community laundry room (washer and dryer).

The condo comes equipped with wireless internet.

Guest access:
This property can accommodate up to 2 vehicles . Parking on the street is not allowed.

Other things to note:
Your host has prepared a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies, be prepared for a food and supply trip to the store.

All televisions are Smart TVs and are for streaming your own television apps. NETFLIX IS INCLUDED ON ALL TVS! Please note: there is high speed WiFi and cable tv.
Other things to note
Condo is walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico, one of America’s top beach destinations. Enjoy white sand and curling waves, or visit one of the many shops and eateries along the ocean strip. Clearwater and Tampa are also nearby. For walking or jogging, the Beach is across the street from the apartment!

Great Location

The complex is quiet and it is an easy walk to the beach. We had great neighbors and enjoyed sitting on the balcony talking with them. Would highly recommend and hope to go back next year.

Nice

We came down to Florida for the April 20th Kenny Chesney concert and decided to stay a few days on the beach. This 1 bedroom was perfect. It was clean and only a short walk across the street to the beach was great. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Short trip

This property is close to the beach and other fun activities on the coast. The apartment has a great home feeling, and very clean. I would recommend it to any small family.

Clean property - great location

Very good area and beautiful beach. The condo was clean and well kept! Did not care for the futon. We didn’t sleep on it but it was very uncomfortable for watching TV during the rainy evenings. We would return and love the building!

Adequate but lacking in some ways

This condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location (across the street from beautiful Sunset Beach) was great. However it is small and cannot comfortably accommodate more than two people. The tiny kitchen does not have a dishwasher and lacks dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils and accessories. It also was missing a small table to place outside the condo on the walkway. The condo is up one flight and there is no elevator.

Not thrilled

The space is incredibly tight, not much room for luggage and moving around in the bathroom and bedroom. When we arrived, the towels in the bathroom were crunchy, not sure if they were even clean or had been left out wet. The living room has a very very hard futon, not the sofa shown in the listing photos. On top of all that, the check in instructions say that the parking pass is on the counter. There was no parking pass. We arrived around 4:30pm, never got an answer from the property owner. Found an older parking pass and luckily weren’t towed during our visit. I still haven’t gotten a response from the property owner, even though VRBO offered to relocate us at 11pm that night.
