Welcome to our Brand new Home in the Heart of Greenlake.

5 minutes walk from, shops and restaurants and Greenlake, our home has a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 car parking spot, and a patio w/ BBQ and fire pit. Our home is a cozy base for your visit to Seattle.

Great for long or short term stays with fiber wifi, Roku TV, Helix beds and on-site laundry. Our sofa folds out into a Queen Bed.
Our office space has a desk/chair and a comfortable reading space.

Great property! The unit was actually a little more spacious than I expected based on the pictures. Very modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood can’t be beat - a few blocks from Greenlake, high end grocery store, shops, restaurants, yoga, Pilates and more. Ryker is a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice property

This is a nice property convenient to Green Lake Park and to multiple good restaurants and cafes in the area. The property is clean and well maintained. A dedicated parking spot is a plus given the congested street parking. Would stay here again.

A fabulous family/pet friendly home in the heart of Greenlake

This beautiful property in the heart of Greenlake is a short walk to dining and markets. Private parking and a well equipped kitchen made this a great location for our four day stay in Seattle with family and our pup.

Wonderful!

Everything here was perfect! Beautifully decorated and very safe! Parking is an issue in Seattle and this had its own drive to park in. I would definitely recommend it!

Super new townhouse. Knives sharp, spotless kitchen and perfectly decorated. 10 minute walk to everything. Will be back soon!

We an absolutely adore this home! It is our second time staying at this exquisite home. The beds are comfortable! The kitchen spacious! We really like the appliances! We love the decor! Great television selection and ample shower! My husband, my dog and I love how close the park is to walk our dog. There are so many restaurants. We especially like Noi and 8 Row, very good food. We felt like we were home away from home. We will stay here again in 2024. It is exactly like the photos. Everything is new and modern.

ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST!!! WE LOVED IT!

Oh my gosh!!! This place is spectacular!! Very nicely kept. They must have a great cleaning crew. At night and during the day, the neighborhood is quiet. What you see in the photos is exactly what is there ... the furniture is well maintained. The parking space is right next to the unit, so worries about parking. We walked our dog to the Green Lake Park every day. Sometimes we grabbed a sandwich and walk to the park to have a picnic. In the evening, there are so many choices of restaurants, that we decided on the Thai restaurant only 2 or 3 blocks away. Incredible food! Very adorable place! WE LOVED IT SO MUCH, that we booked it again for October. This will be our to go place whenever we go into Seattle. The property manager was quick to response, I had a question about the wifi and he was available on a Sunday at 2 p.m. wow! It is just a perfect beautiful place!

Good location and good communication from the owners. Fit our needs and everything was in working order for the weekend. Parking is tough...steep hill and tight spot. Overall good experience.
