Looking for a couple of days away? You've found just the right place - come stay at The Beach Break in Pacific City! Cozy, comfortable, family-friendly, and an easy walk to the beach and Cape Kiwanda. The open plan design of this modern townhome offers a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cheerful and sunny dining area while considering the day's activities...consider building sandcastles on the beach, hiking Cape Kiwanda, or renting surfboards for a day riding the waves. Whatever you choose, The Beach Break will welcome you home at the end of the day.

The Beach Break has 2 bedrooms, both upstairs. The primary has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath. The guest room has a bunk bed with a twin on top, full-on bottom, and a full-size trundle that slides out. There is also a flat-screen TV in this room with a PlayStation and games. There is another full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs.

The Beach Break is located in Shorepine Village which has easy beach access via a unique wooden boardwalk. There are trails leading from this home to the boardwalk - the walk to the beach takes less than five minutes!

Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

Good location. Quick Walk to town and to the beach. It is a little more than a 2/3 min walk to the beach and it’s a climb up and down a small sand dune….just for awareness.

Shoreline Village

Great location!The property was as advertised!The walk to the beach is short and nice but the dunes to the beach are a little steep so if you’re traveling with anyone who has mobility issues it might be a challenge to get all the way down to the water. The garage was nice along with the bikes.The condo was comfortable and well equipped.

Everything was perfect in this house and we really enjoyed it very much. However, the king size bed mattress is TERRIBLE. It’s way too soft and saggy and has definite dents in each side of the bed where one sleeps. It was extremely uncomfortable and really needs to be replaced. We are sad that we can’t stay there again until the mattress is replaced. Besides that, it’s lovely.

Oregon coast getaway

A nice little beach getaway. Pretty well stocked kitchen equipment. Clean, modern. Both the front and back doors are glass, so no real privacy at night with the lights on (we used towels over both doors). And the external door locks are odd - need to lift the handles up sharply to get them to lock.

“Short walk to the beach”

Nice place. King bed was comfy, others, not so much. The system for locking the doors was weird and I had to bug the property manager on how to use the locks. Coulda’ been my bad. Having access to a garage to store our kayaks was wonderful. I feel it was a bit over priced.

A Nice Property At A Good Price

The property was as described. Clean rooms, nice walk to the beach and easy access to walk to Pelican Brewery. The garage had some surfboards that weren't locked in an owners closet, so we assumed they are available to use although we did not. There was also one body board. There were two bikes, although one of the bikes had a bad tube and wouldn't blow up and so wasn't useable. You are in a townhome with several surrounding, so be aware you'll have people walking around at times, but it was still nice and quiet. Your garage is separate from the actual property but close and easy access. We had a broken coffee pot. We had to call the Property Management Company three times for it to be replaced. But it was replaced. We had two adults and our two 13 year old kids and it seemed a great fit with an open kitchen for the four of us.

Sauder family trip

Great place and once we got the check in information all went well. We were leaving to another destination prior to arrival in Pacific City and were off the grid (climbing Mt Rainier) so a little earlier sending of check in info would have been nice. But everything worked out and we had a great stay. Never been to the Oregon Coast and Pacific City was exactly the type of place we were looking for.

As expected

The property was as expected. The rental agency was awesome and really good about communication. Pacific City is really small and doesn't have a lot of eating options, but it is centrally located for day trips to both Lincoln City/Newport and Tillimook.

Perfect place for families!

This home was PERFECT. Our family of 6 stayed here for a weekend and had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Great perks: beach bikes, regular bikes, sand toys, boogie boards AND surfboards! Its such a short walk to the beach and far enough away from the crowd. Comfy, convenient, perfect getaway. We're DEFINITELY coming back here again!
