オーナーは定期的な訪問者であり、この場所が大好きです！ 家にはオープンリビングエリアがあります。 特徴には、ガス暖炉、アーチ型天井、朝食バー、8人に十分な大きさのダイニングルームテーブルがあります。 2階には寝室が2つあり、それぞれにクイーンサイズのベッド、2つのバスルーム、ランドリーがあります。 1/2バスは階下にあります。 家庭には、必要な調理と食事用品-Keurigとコーヒーポット、電子レンジ、必要なすべての鍋とフライパンとプレートが備わっています。 使用可能な車のガレージが1つあり、背面に屋根付きのデッキがあります。これは、グリル時に提供されるガスバーベキューを楽しむのに十分な大きさのプライベートなデッキです。 ビーチへの舗装されたトレイル（正面または背面）があり、ショアラインビレッジ内と近隣のネストゥッカリッジ内には多くの舗装されたウォーキングトレイルがあります。 ペリカン醸造所まで歩いて、ピザを取り、サーフ用品を借りたり、毎朝スティムラス・エスプレッソまで歩いて焼き菓子やコーヒーをお楽しみください。 フィットネスルーム、大画面テレビ、ビリヤード台を備えたクラブハウスの使用。

夏のビーチでの思い出を作ったり、冬の嵐を楽しんだり、本を片手に暖炉のそばでくつろいだりしてください。 これは逃げるのが大好きです！

Great Place! This is our 4th year staying in Shore Pine Village. The house is great and well stocked. Highly recommend.
The Sunsets are Amazing and a five minute walk from Shore Pine house.

Our favorite beach in all our travels! The place was super clean, convenient to visit surrounding areas, had tons of spices and the kitchen had tons of utensils, pots, plates & glasses for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking the beach chairs to enjoy the beach on several occasions. The Pacific City longboard contest was the highlight as we could walk 4 min from our place to the beach. Thanks for opening your place for us to enjoy too!

Cozy escape

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach. There was a hiccup with housekeeping on arrival but manager quickly responded and resolved the issue. We’ll definitely go again!

Comfortable accommodation and beautiful beach

We loved our month long stay in Pacific City, Shorepine Village. The property was in a quiet development within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The home had comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We slept well in the cozy king bed. The property owner was very responsive to any inquiry we had and reached out to notify us of the Kamchatka earthquake that triggered a tsunami watch for the pacific coast. We'd love to return to this comfy beach house.

Lovely Getaway Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing time. The neighborhood was very quiet with paths to the beach. The rear path wasn't available as the gate was locked. The owner was very helpful answering questions. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Beach house stay

Quiet and cozy townhome just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Pacific City is a small and fairly quiet beach community with good restaurants and Pelican Brewery walking distance right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Paradise with a Beach That's a Walk Away

I try to come to the Oregon coast every year, and this area never fails to impress. The property was absolutely wonderful, with only a short walk right to the beautiful Pacific City beach!The hosts were great, attentive to my questions, and quick to respond. I wish i could give a higher than 5 star rating!

We first came to Cape Kiwanda on vacation and fell in love with the beach, the surfing, the hiking, and the atmosphere. We can't live full time at the beach just yet, so we thought we would share this wonderful place with others until we can.

This property is within walking distance of the beach, the Pelican Brewery, the State Park - but yet it's very peaceful. There are walking trails all around the village. Golfing, Casino, and Wine tasting are all within driving distance for day trips. Just being here will make you smile.
