Such a cute place, very clean and comfortable. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. Amazingly convenient location, so many things to do on the coast. Highly recommend this property.

A great little house

We really enjoyed our stay here. Really clean property in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of towels and linens. Really anything you need is already there. Close to the beach but t still quiet.

Nice walk to beach

Cute, clean house. Loved the wooded walk to the beach. We do wish we had more comfortable seating in the living room. The couch is comfortable but not easy for 3 adults to relax. The “turtle chair” was very uncomfortable and not practical to sit in. All the other chairs in the kitchen were bar stools. Also, would have been nice to have a comfortable chair on the deck too and not just the picnic table. Overall, we had a nice time and loved seeing the visiting deer.

Mixed review

Our stay on this property was just okay. It is pretty outdated. The shower was not easy to figure out, and the shower drain was extremely slow to drain. We are thankful for the quick response to get it cleaned out. The bed frames were noisy, just climbing in and out. The house’s musty smell was cleared out by opening up windows. We really wanted this stay to be more comfortable, but the couch’s reclining system wasn’t working. The couch was up against the wall, so we didn’t pursue plugging it in. Be careful with the outside front deck, as that area wasn’t lit up for them evening and you could easily trip over it! We had the porch lights on, as well. The home was close to the beach and the shops, so that was really nice.

It was very well cared for. It was nice to come to a place that was all prepared for us. Very relaxing. We had problems with the TV; but an attendant came and took care of it for us the next day after we reported it.

Perfect place

This place was perfect. Clean, neat, quiet neighborhood and the decor was so fun we head to take selfies with it all!! It may not be on the beach but close enough for a casual walk or quick drive. We will be back!!

Great time with family

My husband and I stayed here with our 7 year old. It was great fun - a short walk to Pacific Beach each day where we found a great little cove to swim in. Highly recommended! Very clean, well stocked, we cooked our own food each day. BBQ worked great. Nice kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms- beach towels, washer dryer, comfy beds. Loved it!

Cute place near Pacific Beach attractions

Cute, clean place, with great communication from property manager. Only things to note are that you need to increase the thermostat upon arrival or it’s pretty cold, we didn’t realize it was set on 55 until we were leaving. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to show anything other than the channel it happened to be on which was marathoning Forensic Files both days we were there. It wasn’t a huge deal to us because we were there for a wedding which kept us pretty busy, but it would be nice to have instructions provided for this. Overall, greatly enjoyed our stay!

Walking distance to beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was really nice and full of reminders of the nearby beach. The beach was within walking distance and was beautiful! We stayed with our 3 yr old and 8 month old and the home was decently kid-friendly. Both the kitchen and grill outside were great for making meals at the house.

Respite for guest was a much needed in a wonderful setting. Clean,modern.
