This relaxing condo has a bright, airy interior with quality furnishings and water views. Take advantage of the community amenities, which include a pool, hot tub, and gym. The beach is the perfect way to pass the time when you’re not relaxing in the hot tub or getting in some reps in at the gym.

When you return to the condo, you’re greeted by the comfortable and tranquil living room with a sofa, armchair, and large TV. Step into the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances to whip up something delicious when hunger strikes. Gather around the table to share a meal or enjoy a night of board games. In the evenings, take a beverage to the balcony to enjoy the views and fresh air.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Coin-operated laundry is available on-site.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location & Easy to communicate with

I will start by saying this unit could use a deep clean, or possibly just some closer attention. There were a few cleanliness issues we ran in to. Most of the issues could be looked past, or taken care of on our own. The location of this unit has perfect access to the indoor pool & facilities. It is a short walk to the beach. The main outdoor pool for our building was not clean or cool. The jets weren’t working so there was a lot of floating trash/bugs. However, the other pools on the property were in good condition. The restaurant on site was good & decently priced.

we loved this condo and the grandkids loved the bunk beds. Only thing was we could not get ice machine to work in the fridge.

Clean, updated, and a great value

This condo was a great value for a small family beach vacation. The condo was updated, clean, and had all the amenities of home. The master bed was comfy and the single over double bunks were a great use of the space. The condo was conveniently located in the resort close to the elevator and next to the indoor pool. Would stay again.

Rest, relax, recharge

Arrival was smooth. From parking/security tag pickup to room entry. Pleasant security. Very clean room and grounds. Indoor pool and recreation area was great, (sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi, fitness/gym).
