The location was great. My family enjoyed all of the amenities on the property and being right at the beach. The host was great and was very responsive to the questions that we had. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans that we needed to cook our meals.

Pros: The room was affordable, close to the beach, and had access to nice pools. Cons: The washer and dryer are not in the unit and are not free. There was a metal piece of edging coming off the wall as you go through the walkway. There was rust all over it and it stuck out quite a ways. I contacted the owner and was told that maintenance would address it.

Beach trip 2025

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described in the listing except the washer and dryer wasn’t inside the unit. It was shared and had to be paid for with coins. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I’m sure the condo was very nice at one time, but it’s in need of repair. There is water damage and mold in both bathrooms, and most of the switches and outlets don’t work throughout. I’d stay again, but not in this unit.

Comfortable condo

We came with extended family for Thanksgiving and had the best time. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy.

Beautiful condo!

This place was great! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing too, only being a short walk to the beach. The pools were all within walking distance which was nice having 4 kids to keep busy. This was our second stay in this condo and I’ll definitely be planning another stay!

Overall the trip was good food was good property we stayed at needed maintenance and better cleanliness replacement of some of of the carpeting and paneling on the wall

Condo was as pictured. Only issue was kitchen sink backs up . Nice for a weekend out.

Beautiful property & close to the beach! Made it easy with the little ones. The key pick up/drop off was our only inconvenience because it was out of our way.

There was a damaged wall in the hall. The air conditioning did go into the smaller bedroom and the fan dud not help. The tv fid have any cable connection, the phone number in your paperwork to call for tv was not answered after multiple calls over 4 days.

All good except woman at gaurd shack upon arrival. And the fact some one(employee) came into our condo while we were out.

Excellent

Clean, first floor close to the pool and beach, no washer and dryer in the unit; however, washer and dryer located near the stairs. Cooking utensils provided, no spices of any kind.

Not the cleanest smelled like smoke

Smelled like smoke in entryway. Had to spray air freshener several times. Dirt around baseboards. Refrigerator was spray painted black. Kitchen was overstocked worn out pots/pans. Location was great! Could watch kids in pool. Close to boardwalk. Had to wait one day to get key to indoor pool after calling twice. In fairness to rental property I did not complain at checkout, in a hurry to get back home.

We are disappointed to hear that your stay was not enjoyable as planned. We are unsure why the entryway smelled like smoke since this unit and building are smoke free. It looks like you stayed last October right at the end of the busy season and possibly before the units yearly deep clean which would have taken care of the buildup on the baseboards from the traffic during season. The pool keys were an issue at this time since the new pool had just opened and not all of the keys had been received from owners. We wish you would have brought these items to our attention during the stay however so that we may have corrected them to give you a more enjoyable vacation. Our goal is for everything to be right when you walk in the door, but if things are not correct we will always go out of our way to make them right.
