This fabulous beach home has an ideal oceanfront location, a spacious interior, and plenty of entertainment.

Guests will be in awe of the views as they take the well-lit walking path down to the beach. After a leisurely time on the sandy shore, return home to find the outdoor space equipped with a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, and yard games like ring toss and corn hole.

Inside, relax in the comfort of the living room while streaming a favorite show or movie. When hunger strikes, step into the well-appointed kitchen to prepare a delicious meal together. When it’s time to hit the hay, make your way to the three beautifully outfitted bedroom each containing their own ensuite bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a nice little spot for a family vacation. The house was in pretty good shape, it had almost everything needed to cook meals and was fairly accommodating for sleeping needs! Now, I will say there are a few things that need to be addressed imo….SO MANY STAIRS! And the elevator didn’t work/was locked out/something or other. Kind of a rip off for the money to not be able to use the elevator for elderly guests and for carrying luggage/groceries to the top floor where the kitchen is. Speaking of stairs, the last “step” from the beach access is a 6x6 that is just placed there. It is not secured at all and is dangerous. The railing bannister inside the home was starting to come loose from the wall and was making everyone uncertain whether it should be used or not. The outside seating is plentiful! The 2 screened in porches and 2 outside porches are awesome! I wish there was more interior seating though. Perhaps actually panel up one of the patios with all season windows so it can be used when hot and cold? One of the benches at the kitchen table had a leg that was broken and therefore unusable, as scooting it along the floor would’ve made it collapse. All in all, I would rent here again! (As long as the concerns listed have been addressed and remedied).

Huge house. Perfect for a large family. It was just me and my wife so we only used the top floor. There is a private elevated walk way over the natural vegetation that leads to the beach. This was a super cool private get away for us.

This was one of our worst vacation ever! I would not recommend this house to anyone six flights of stair case with me having heart problems I was lucky not having a heart attack hauling everything upstairs and coming and going. We called and ask them why wasn’t the elevator working?? They said they will send someone out to fix it wasted a day never showed up again the next day. There was even a sign on the elevator what to do. This company gave us nothing but a run around and lied instead of telling us it’s not working. We wasted a lot of money for this dump, grass wasn’t cut had stickers all over my dog, never trimmed bushes you can’t see the ocean on bottom floor bedrooms you feel like you’re in a cave. Top floor only gets a glimpse of the ocean what a waste of our stay ocean front my foot!! I hope people read the reviews because you will not like this place I guarantee it!! I wouldn’t even give them a one star. The place looked clean until we walked barefoot and by the end of day we had black feet. Mattress on bottom floor was unbearable to sleep on. This place needs to be reported to the better business bureau it’s a big rip off!!! Thanks for ruining our vacation!!!!

Quiet beach getaway

It’s our second time at this property. The views are amazing. The location is quiet and the stay is always so peaceful.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The sleeping accommodations and the living area are very comfortable and all of the outdoor living areas are extra nice. The only reason to give it four stars instead of five is that the stairs leading down to the water are damaged and haven't been repaired meaning that we had to walk to the end of the street and around to get to the beach. For people that love to spend time by the water (especially fishermen) that was quite frustrating.

No beach access

The house hasn't had beach access since at least June 2024 due to damanged and missing stairs that are dangerous. Its the only house on a 2 mile stretch along the beach. Management did not notify us ahead of time. My disabled mother, young kids,and dogs could not accessthe beach. Ruined our trip. If we had known, we would have packed a wagon, brought a car we felt comfortable driving on the beach, or even cancelled. beach missing stairs.

Not worth the cost

The beds were very comfortable, the view was OK but, trees blocking views. We found bags of dog poo on the deck. There was no access to the beach. 5 ft. drop at the end of the walkway. Hot tub had no instructions and the outside trashcans were both full of former guests trash. We would have gladly pulled them to the curb if we knew which day the trash truck was coming. The owner of the property should check into another management company. Vacasa is doing a poor job.

Beautiful Home

This is a Beautiful Home, but be prepared for lots of steps. Once you get inside the views are beautiful, with lots of space to hangout and enjoy time with each other. We had the best time in this house. The beach access is a No Go due to Erosion, but you are only steps away from the public access to the beach.

Awesome place!

My husband and I had such an amazing time. This home is beautiful with the 2 screened in porches and the hot tub was nice and clean. Plus the privacy was great with the wooded area blocking people on the beach from seeing the home.

All decked out and more

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Private, laid back and we felt like our own private island was a short paddle board trip across. The house itself was everything I had hoped for when I rented it. Space for everyone and outdoor living at its finest.
